Nothing, as my annoyance clouded the overall perception

The check code did not work. (I accidentally took the code from Booking). Tried 30min, tried to contact 10 x no one reached. Went to a neighboring restaurant for 2h, tried to contact again and get the key. Without success. Then by chance another guest came by who remembered the code to the key box and he was able to give me the key. At night I could not sleep, because I am sensitive to electrosmog, and just behind the wall of this room is mounted the electric box (possibly with smart meter). I found only 3 hours of rest. Logically, the other day I booked another hotel nearby, which I can prove and which was ok. My request for compensation for the second night not occupied was rejected because the complaint was not sufficiently validated according to the owner, which I see differently. (I have often been a Booking customer - this is the first time I have been enormously annoyed.)

For us a convenient location with parking. We have a car and know Luzern well. It was clean and quiet while we were there although apparently it is not always so. It was inexpensive by Luzern standards. We would book again.

It would have been nice to have a TV and a second armchair. The email from booking.com did not include all the information which EasyLiving thought had been sent. i.e. WIFI password and free bus passes.

the location is an industrial area, but it was quiet and safe. otherwise it was a fine place to stay

the bed was a double bed, not a queen so that was a little bit tight..

The pillows are very uncomfortable. Also a must: bring spry for the mosquitoes or they will eat you at night

Lovely room with big fan, kettle, plates & fridge etc Emailed the key password which was so easy. Loved our stay there.

Really nice apartment with a beautiful view of Mount Pilatus from all windows and terrace. Everything was clean. The communication was pleasant, they helped me solve my specific invoice requirements. No problems with parking. Funny present: swiss curaprox on bed instead of small chocolates :D

Very bad quality price... we paid 131fr one night, but this room cannot worth more than 80fr

There's no reception on-site, but check-in was trouble free. Clean room in good condition. Easily accessible by car, free parking. Also accessible by bus every 15 minutes or so.

Very small room. No restaurants or shops in walking distance. There's a party location in the same building, so it might be noisy on weekends.
