Great location right at the lake. I traveled from the Lucerne train station to the hotel by bus, and it was very easy. The building is vintage, but the room was very clean. Its restaurant has a fantastic view, and the old elevator was fun to ride (although small space). Overall, it's worth its price.

Very comfortable and stylish hotel. Good location, nearby bus stop with 10 minutes bus ride to main station and river bridges. Good room and good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

lovely heritage house with nice lake view very homey and good distance to city center. close but not in crowded place .. . i really enjoy to walk along by the lake . This is my third time visit Lucern so far for location of hotel I always looking for this area. Bfast.is good even not so complete full bfast , its good . Thanks for chocolate in the rooms 🍫😍

need more pillows in quantity and bigger size as this is not cheap hotel. should have good bed and pillow.

Fantastic location with great friendly helpful staff, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff if we needed anything. Good selection of cold cheeses and breads for breakfast and the poached eggs were amazing. 😋

Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be great and also a dressing table. As the heating was permanently on, we had to keep the window open so it was noisy.

Hotel 'Beau Sejour' is located in Front of the Lake, next to the promenade (and playground) , a 10-15min walk to the City center / Verkehrshaus. Perfect for us as a family! The family room (divided but connected in 2 Different rooms) has great confortable beds/Duvet/cushion and everything else that is needed. The Hotel Crew is super friendly, helpful, we felt a strong familiar atmosphere, Like 'at home'. Breakfast highly recommend, especially the 'oeuf cocette'. All very fresh, no Food waste! A perfect stay for a family but I would also recommend to go as couple Or single person!

The walls are thin, depending on the neighbors it can be quite loud next door.

No fridge in room for a 4* hotel, no close wardrobe. And a very, very poor breakfast. Actually, 1 strange tip of egg boiled in a same time with some cheese or bacon. And one egg/person. No ham, no omelette, no yogurt, no olives, no salami, no scrambled eggs, etc. I was so disappointed...

We loved pretty much everything, just a little thing to add - would have been great to have a kettle and tea bags in the room.

We took two rooms as we were traveling with my two kids (teenager and pre-teen). We had the "budget double" without lake view and expected something quite basic. In fact, the rooms were lovely, stylish, warm, with well-equipped bathrooms, and of very good size. The staff were exceptinoally friendly and helpful throughout - in fact, check-out was so swift that I completely forgot to tip! The common areas are stylish and welcoming.

I'm not a huge fan of the fact that the hotel lies on a very busy street, but the rooms were very quiet and it has the advantage of being just a quick bus ride from the train station (bus stop right in front of the hotel).

The room is good for the size and very clean and quiet.

The breakfast was too simple, just coffee, bread and some cheese.

It's a walking distance from shopping district and train station. Staffs are friendly.

There are design touches in the deco which we really enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The breakfast was very nice even for us as vegans. We enjoyed the breakfast very much, especially the good coffee with different plant-based milk options and tasty local bread! The staff was very warm, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the communication with them. From the products that they provide, it can be easily noticed that they choose them with sustainability and local business focus.

As the hotel is in an old building, the ventilation in the room was not ideal. The room became better after we opened the window. However the bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation fan.

We had a lovely refurbed room, the staff were friendly and helpful.
