Very good breakfast : cereals, bread, ham, cheese... and very good coffee. Bedroom was comfortable. 15min bus to town center.

what i dont like at property is theres like always a work on the building at early in the morning like 4am..that is still time for sleep

Location was far from City center, but easy bus ride about 15 minutes. One bus to get to the city center. Nice staff. Hotel was okay. My room was too hot at night even for second week of September. I couldn't open the window either, as it's on busy road and bus route. Buses and traffic noise was disturbing when I opened the window. Unfortunately, buses run all night. I couldn't sleep for 3 nights. To top it all off, comforters were too warm to sleep in, so I asked for a sheet that I could use instead, but they didn't have any. It could be problematic in summer with no Air conditioning.

No Air Conditioner in rooms and on busy road to open windows.

The Asian food in the very clean and well decorated restaurant was exceptional in preparation, quality and service. The included breakfast turned out to be a fresh food, full buffet breakfast with fruit, cereal, assortment of bread, cold cuts, hot and cold boiled eggs, etc.; real dishes and cutlery. Excellent coffee served one cup at a time upon request. The room was very comfortable clean and well appointed bathroom. The window and balcony door drapes were difficult.

Under no circumstance book this place. It is part of a Chinese restaurant which is not very advertised. Personel is stand-offish and speaks almost no English. In the room very pretty dangerous elements. Exposed electrical wall outlets. It was every shade of wrong.

Massive room. Had everything. Tea making area just outside. The restaurant downstairs was stellar. Breakfast is great with proper coffee included.

the car parking was good and it was easy to find

be aware it is in the commercial side of town , so few local facilities - not great when the only choice of nearby eating in the evenings are takeaways the keys left I. an envelope on an open access hall way a bit odd and made it feel insecure

Lovely clean and simple okay sized room with homely bathroom. Tea cooker and selection of teas in hall. Very friendly staff. Easy checking. Nice Breakfast. Really good Chinese Restaurant. There is a bus going into Luzern. We will go there again.

The shower took a long time to get warm. But otherwise there was nothing that we didn't like.

The breakfast was very god. Lokation ok.

We stayed here fore one night on our way from Belgium to Umbria in Italy. The hotel is surely ok. The room is spacy and comfortable, no noise. We wanted to walk around the lake ( = 7,5 km) but had to come back because it started to rain. Dinner in the restaurant is very good (Chinese !). There is no better alternative in the neighbourhood. There is really nothing else there. For one night that is ok.

It was one of the best hotels that I stayed during my motorcycle trip across many European countries !

...BUT UNFORTUNATELY the Asian staff had some of their families or friends on the next closed dinning room. You could tell on how they treat them and because they aloud them to smoke inside the premise... Which is not very professional, and I wouldn't really mention that but what followed was a disaster that ruined my night. After 9:30pm they closed the kitchen and bar, and send us to our rooms they got drunk and start shouting and fighting till 1:30am. The noise was so loud and stressful that many times I thought about calling 117 because maybe they hurt themselves or the women that were screaming... Many of the guests were on the balconies worried. That incident destroyed my night as I lost a few hours of sleep that I needed to be fresh to ride my motorcycle the following day.

The evening meal was excellent, best Chinese food I have had in a long time. Did not partake of breakfast, too full from Night before.
