Rude lady miserable in mask on reception. Smells of bad hygoeine body odour in reception. Worse hotel i been to in years. Awful batbroom. Backward italia

Good place for one night stand. Huge bathroom and very clean.

Not a cozy place to hangout. Just bath & sleep.

Ewerything was god

The location is great, just go down the street and you are in the Rapallo city centre. I can difinately recommend taking a ferry to Portofino or some other small city on the coast. The Hotel reception was friendly, and Hotel is 2 stars (so you shall not have any high expectations). Minimum comfort is provided. Wi-fi is working only downstears next to reception.

The Hotel is very small and I'd recommend staying there only overnight, as there is not enough space in the room for eating / reading and other daily activities. There is no fridge or anything for preparing food. The air conditioner was loud as well as the city (if you open window), balcony was not made for being there long. The shower was okay, but not so pleasant.

The room was facing the street that îs very busy, so you don't get too much sleep. Also, i found the price too hi for what it was offering

The staff was very nice. I like so much the location.

My room smelled so bad. Wi fi don't work. Didn't have room services or frigorbar to put my food or water, or whatever you need.

The noisy street

Location was perfect. Very clean.

Noisy, you could hear people talking in a loud manner, TV and going to the toilet from other rooms very loud. Not good internet connection although it claim to have WiFi in the room. It took almost twenty four hours to reply to an email.

Everything was fine. The place was clean, relatively new, good location, friendly staff. For the price quite good and we would totally recommend it for a short stay

Receptionist was quite horrible and the bathrooms where really bad. Noisy like hell.

Location is ok

I booked a double room (69€), upgraded to a tripple room (106€), and when I arrived at the hotel they asked for an additional 20€! Basically for an additional guest I had to pay almost double!

Friendly staff

It smelled like mould in the hallway and bathroom. The room was humid too.

The place was very clean.

The mattress needs to be updated and better soundproofing.
