clean and very respectfull staff

Breakfast was good. Staffs were helpful. Rooms clean. Totally in the middle of the D,mall, a distance walk to Station 1 for the meet-up tours. We forgot our stuffs in the room when we left and manage to contact the hotel to help us out. They manage to get it to us before we departed really appreciated for the great helped.

Did always forget towels for rooms. Book room for 3 persons but most items were only meant for 2 person.

Centrally located in D’Mall. Very close to nice restaurants and bars in the island. Breakfast is good and hearty. Air conditioning is cold, big bathroom + strong toilet flush. Would stay again. ❤️

Free airport transfers would be good but not a deal breaker. 🥰

The staffs are confused (or there's internal miscommunication) I booked the room with fully paid breakfast buffet even for the 11 years old kid. On the second day of our stay, I have been told by the lady at the restaurant that I have to pay for the breakfast buffet fee for my niece. I talked to the reception and wasn't sure of it despite showing her my receipt. Later on, they have confirmed that I already paid for it. Not a good way to start your morning. There's a band playing every night. If you are a person who prefers a calm and quiet night, then this is not for you. Ants inside of the room, which I didn't expect to see for a 4 star hotel. You always have to inform the facilities/cleaning team to replenish everything when requesting for the room cleaning.

everything was clean and beautifully set. beds eere big and comfortable. bathroom tiles were perfect 😍 and stuff super friendly.

the pool was a little bit poor … there aren’t many seats and no umbrellas to protect from the sun since its on the top floor there was no space to be in the shadow. the treadmills did not work from the gym.

internet was a bit slow. breakfast was nothing special, though the variety was great. since the roof deck and pool were closed at the time of our visit, there wasn’t much to do in the hotel.

Staff was excellent, catering to all of our requests and very caring for senior members of the family. The only thing is we can never call guest services/front desk/housekeeping from our rooms and have to go down to the lobby for any requests. Other than that everything was perfect, location, room size and the quality of everything was perfect. And the breakfast.. it was superb. We initially thought we will just experience it on the first day and go to other places in the succeeding days, but we all ended up enjoying the complimentary breakfast buffet served every single day. Kudos to the staff who's making the experience of their guests a memorable one.

The noise of the construction and air-conditioning machinery coming from the neighbouring building (it was obviously 24/7, construction was happening over the weekend too) it was terribly loud!! Without this, the score would've been 10.

It was beautiful and in a perfect location even if its not beachfront. It is conveniently located at near the path going to the beach and some good old restaurants.

Since we are a group of 5, I emailed and inquired about the extra person. They replied 1500 but then again during our check in I was informed that it was 2000. It was just a week ago. The lady in the front desk is pretty but doesnt seem welcoming though with our 2 encounters. One is the check in and another is when I asked her to prepare the daybed and when we said that there were no glasses and amenities in the room. As is we took the breakables. Haha It was most of us who check too.

Excellent hotel and location. Kind staffs and The manager in the buffet area is very nice and doing a great job. He is patient.

I work online so I hope the hotel got strong wifi connection 35mbps above so that I can still work during my stay at night. I already know internet is weak in Boracay.

We stayed in the hotel with family and friends, and it was a great experience in the hotel. The airport transfers were seamless. No problems encountered. The ambiance of the hotel was lovely, Spanish inspired design. The room was big, toilet was superb, the bed mattress was just perfect, pillows were okay though. The location is inside D-Mall which is very accessible to the beach and other establishments/ restaurants/ bars. The staff were friendly during our stay, very accommodating to our requests. They also accommodated my friend’s request as it was the birthday of her mum, the band sang a happy birthday song, the staff surprised her mum with the cake we brought. They went an extra mile. Breakfast has a variety of choices of food and drinks.

We arrived during the rainy season, so there were leaking from the ceiling outside our room which is a safety hazard. The prices of the food in the cafeteria were quite pricey but was expected since it’s Boracay and it’s hotel price. Toiletries were not refilled during our stay (shampoo and body wash); But otherwise, the stay was fantastic.

During my holidays, I have been in a few hotels (Richmond and Seda Vertis) but I enjoyed the breakfast at Feliz. Also, I made a last minute pick-up from the airport to the hotel and everything was smooth as silk and that set the tone for the expectations.

I gave my card details thinking they will just debit the payment. I received a message that I have to do a payment through PAYMAYA and being unfamiliar with the system, it got me a little bit worried.

Our stay was a 10 out of 10! The hotel itself is just beautiful - we appreciated the stylish decor and the Spanish influenced interior! It was clean everywhere and you could always observe, that the staff was hands-on and well maintaining the property. A superb feedback to the statt itself: when our aircon unit was not working properly, engineering fixed it in no time!!! We loved that the whole staff always was so attentive and helpful, from checking in to checking out. Breakfast was also great and offered a lot of variety. The hotel is situated next to the DMALL shops and DMALL market, and is only a 5-minute-walk away from the beach. Seriously, the room is clean, the bathroom spacious, the bed really comfy and the special touch for us: international TV to unwind in the evening to relax with a good move. Thank you Feliz, when we come back in future we definitely come back to you again!
