1.) Convenient service to and from the airport 2.) Professional staff and will always greet and help you with a smile! The beach staff are super attentive!!!💯💯 3.) Delicious and unique breakfast spread! Even their ala cart menu tastes good!! 4.) Appreciate that they have a waiting room for you to change or rest while waiting for your check in time. 5.) Love their free juice, popcorn, and ice cream 6.) Location is perfect. Not too crowded. 7.) They clean their beach front diligently!!

1.) You can hear the tv from the other rooms :(When both rooms (left and right) have their tv on at night it was quite noisy specially for a sleeping child. 2.) Room was clean but a dirty mug was left behind with marks from the previous guest. 3.) Shower has some hair from previous guests. 4.) The shower niche has grime that I just removed. Also, the shower easily gets flooded.

staff are all friendly you will not have to worry about anything at all literally room was clean location was very near breakfast is the best so far with international dishes filipinos at its best🇵🇭

i booked 3 rooms and requested for it to be near each other but they said it is full and they could not grant the request but it is not a big deal really.

Hats off to the whole team, but especially Jony at the beach and other excellent workers who made our stay very pleasurable. The arrangement from pickup at airport to boat ride to another taxi to hotel was amazing. So easy. Classy touch on uploading the pic to our TV screen when we checked in. The breakfast was excellent and the choice and quality of food was very good. We will come again and recommend it to others.

A few minor niggles... our door was off kilter and although it closed, was not airtight. The toilet seat needed tightening as it moves when in use and maybe invest in some citronella candles in bathroom to help combat those pesky drainpipe flies.

the staff is really friendly and they make everything possible to solve any concern you may have. the facilities are very clean. we were surprised every day with a small food gift followed by a very kind message from the staff, really nice gesture

it’s very noise during the night. people outside and even guests inside the hotel during the night were very loud. I would recommend more vigilance during night ensuring everyone can have a proper night of sleep
