Stupid policies I booked a room using booking.com and wanted an upgrade. Since it was non reimbursable, I couldn’t get the rate that was displayed on booking.com as they would have me paid full price. Really poor customer service and they told me I would get an email from management and never got one. So I decided to leave to a better hotel even if it meant losing my money. Also breakfast is very underwhelming

I love the pool, breakfast has a lot of choices and the staff are very polite

I like everything about fairways and bluewaters

The staff were so kind, especially Reymond at the breakfast buffet.

The breakfast didn't have so much to choose from. Our neighbors were terrible, screaming all night and again in the morning. The resort is really nice, but the surroundings are very poor.

I like the buffet breakfast every morning its was delicious we finish 5 full.plates plus 3 coffees per person it was awesome👍

No inroom service dining so its very hard to get some ice or others amenities at night very dissappointed they are 4 star but with this thumbs down 👎

They have good facilities , and rooms plus pools and its big hotel all the things from the hotel is good 👍

Sehr ordentlich geführtes Ressort für 4 Sterne in Südostasien. Ich gehe nie in Ressorts, aber hier haben wir uns als Familie nach so einer langen Anreise superwohlgefühlt. Der perfekte Start oder auch als Ausklang für einen Philippinentrip. Super gemacht! Sehr freundliches und kümmerndes Personal. Es liegt am Rand, also braucht man kurzen Transport ins Zentrum, den man problemlos am Eingang bekommt. Und sogar ein kostenloses Shuttle ins Zentrum zu festen Zeiten wird geboten. Innerhalb der Anlage verkehren zu den 6 Pools kostenlose Shuttles fast minütlich. Chapeau!

- Das wir nicht noch einen Tag bleiben konnten, aufgrund unserer Reiseplanung, aber irgendwann muss man weiterziehen.

Shuttles were great for going around the properties. Foam party was great. Good gym.

- although rooms and other areas were clean, alot of the facilities looked and felt run down. For example- bar and podium at the kudetah pool. Rusty peeling metal all over. - staff very warm and welcoming, greeted everyone constantly, however this was all they seemed to do, particularly in the restaurants. Too many staff, too little to do. - Spa was incredibly underwhelming. My masseuse was audibly burping and yawning whilst doing my hour massage. Completely and utterly disgusting and unprofessional. - breakfast, although plenty of options, lacked in quality and seemed to be very disorganised. - anytime we ordered a drink from the bars, all the glasses are in desperate need of replacements. All the glasses looked like they came from the 80’s and looked worn out. - pool towels that we had been given had holes, iron was from the 1920’s - light construction work being done at kudetah by the pool whilst there was an event on (the guy was welding and grinding) For all the awards plastered everywhere even twice on a single wall claiming world class amenities and facilities our experience was certainly missing such claims. However for what we paid, beggars cant be choosers. It was very underwhelming not just the hotel but Boracay itself. Thank you for the upgrade though it was very much appreciated.

It is a huge resort. It’s very convenient to take the shuttle go to you buildings. They have six pools. And a private beach. Foam party opens on Monday Thursday and Saturday. The staff there were very well trained.

The room is big but the decoration is old. Sometimes there’s some strong moldy smell.

Its dirty, need some major cleaning , we dont have hotwater for the rest of our stay which is 9 Days🤭🤭🤭 report about this to the employee but never see to it didnt give any formal reason or formal appology about the situastion , a complimentary dinner or ride to the AirPort could patch up the sore🤭🤭 or just simply sorry for the inconvenience .

My husband and I went to Boracay for our honeymoon and the staff went above and beyond in preparing our room for us. We stayed in their regular double room which was comfortable and spacious with a nice bathroom. They had a nice variety of options for their breakfast, and we especially enjoyed their drinks. There were numerous pools and a private beach in the massive property. But I think their best asset is actually their staff which were all amazing and helpful!

We love the pools and private beach. It’s amazing. The breakfast was good. The shuttle buses are very convenient .

The location is far but we didn’t have any problem with that.

Beautiful resort with convenient price. Very clean and big room with comfortable beds, many swimmingpools, total silence at any time, good for rest and relax Nice breakfast (a bit crowded)

For my habits, too big structure (need anytime call the shuttle to reach the swimmingpools, reception or go to the center of Boracai

We love to room and hotel so much, everything loos so good and staff has been very friendly and helpful when need it.

To small space around the pool. Breakfast selection could be better, more selection of fruit would be nice.

Lunch en avondeten (betalend) was erg kwalitatief. De premier kamer is wel aan te raden qua ligging aan de ingang van het resort en had ook een apart zwembad (Villa Lucia). Algemeen veel rustiger. Het privestrand van het resort is ook prachtig en ruimte zat.

Zeer drukke receptie. Ik had aangekondigd om 14u te arriveren maar de kamer was niet klaar en ze hebben me 2u laten wachten tot ik uiteindelijk er zelf ben om gaan vragen. Mijn partner kwam enkele dagen later en moest zich laten registreren en dat kostte wederom 30 minuten wachttijd voor iets wat 2 minuten duurde. De receptioniste bleef maar doorgaan met de klant die trouwens tussen mij wipte zonder enige schroom. Het hoofdgebouw is erg druk maar de receptie is een ramp. Het ontbijt is zeer druk en basic. Ik heb het enkele malen gewoon overgeslagen.

Gastvrijheid van de mensen en snel en gericht oplossen van problemen. Snel een nieuwe kamer ontvangen toen de ander ons niet beviel.

Er zat in de eerste kamer een rat van 20 cm omdat er dus allemaal gaten in het plafond zaten waar ze doorheen konden rennen.

Огромная территория в то же время является минусом, с отеля самому не выйти, приходится ждать автобус, иногда приходилось ждать 10-15 минут. Есть собственный небольшой пляж, там не были, но с виду хороший. Мы ходили пешком Белого пляжа, это минут 20, но есть трансфер (который тоже не дождешься😄). Еще один минус, бесплатной воды в номере только 2 маленькие бутылочки 300 мл.
