I liked the condo and the clubhouse

We rented the house thinking that it would have a good structure, but we found the house kind of uncared for. The kitchen had no accessories such as a baking sheet and pots, there were no blankets in the rooms, we found cockroaches in one of the rooms, and they had broken furniture (bedside table) and furniture in the outdoor area. They did not have enough glasses for everyone in the house—only small cups. The internet was not working well, we called to fix it, they came to fix it, but only 1 was enabled, the second was not working. In the outdoor area, there was no lighting, only on the balcony. The pool was very dark at night. We asked for blankets, and we asked for 5. They took only 1, and it was not a blanket, it was a thicker sheet only. In the cinema, the armchairs had some with lights at the bottom and others not. In the themed room the decorative objects were stuck in any way, getting holes in the wall, remnants of glue, etc. For the price and size of the house, we expected a house with better structure and better cared for.

Spacious, more bathrooms then what was listed. The pool is a good size and private. Loved the movie theater and themed rooms.

Ton of insects including dead roaches, ants and other bugs I don’t know the name of, 2 mattresses smelled like urine and it transferred to my cloths and anything on the bed, sheets dirty, couch was disgusting and needs to be replaced, multiple fridge shelves missing, microwave dish was broken, shaking beds, vinyl pulling off the walls, garage door wasn’t Working, movie theater seats broken, several lights didn’t work, I can go on. I paid over 600 a night and this was unacceptable. The unit is nicely decorated and modern but the upkeep was absolutely horrible. I was not comfortable in the house and couldn’t wait to leave.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was very nice. Great location, close to all Disney parks. Loved the pool, both in back yard and at the bar and grill. Great food and drinks, had the burger. Cant wait till the next time I stay here.

If I had to have a very small complaint. Not a fan of direct TV. Not used to channels. I would make the wifi little stronger in the theater room to better stream movies. Got little slow some times.

The house was nice and clean, but what disappointed me is that we had to pay for pool heater and jacuzzi, we payed for heating for 2 days 160$ , they said they it gonna heat it up in 4 hours, in 4-5 hours we come back it’s freezing cold , we called them , they send a guy he come and left , everything was cold still, we had to call again and also say that jacuzzi is not even working, they fixed only jacuzzi for hour …next day we wanted to swim again ( it was already payed ) and pool was still cold and jacuzzi too, and jacuzzi was not working again… so in total we had to call them about 6 times and all we got is one swim in jacuzzi for an hour , but we payed 160$ for 2 days for both pool and jacuzzi heating.

couch looked very worn out and the pool furniture to tan were all ripped. paid for 5 days of pool heating and I had to call twice on the last days for it to work and wait 4 hours for it to warm up.

I liked the space in the house, it was decorated well, we loved having our own private pool. We loved the water park area and that the community is close to everything. We are even considering getting information to purchase a property.

I don’t like that you can’t park on the street if you have several cars in your group, but I guess you all have your reasons for that. The rest of what I didn’t like is listed above.
