The apartment is in a great location. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The space was large and we welcomed the air conditioning in the hot weather. I would definitely stay here again.

The parking garage is very tight to get in and out of.

Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, very central located in walking distance from all of main sightseeing places in Sevilla. Fully digital check-in and check-out. Good value for the money. Parking possibility in the garage in the same house - but only for good drivers with small to max. medium cars, the streets leading to this accommodation are extremely narrow (1,8m) and turning in the garage is not that easy, however for us it was perfect.

We had 2 bedrooms - one with a comfortable big double bed and one in the front with 2 separate beds - these were a little bit narrow and not that comfortable although the bedroom was big enough. Overall a very good place to stay and discover the beautiful city of Sevilla.

- room wasn’t ready at check in at 3pm - it was DANGEROUS, I almost felt twice because the tile floor was totally wet as cleaning was too late. - staff didn’t do anything. Could have offered a drink or so. - there was water and free crisps. We paid for 3 persons but everything was for 2 persons even though there were 2 bedrooms. - be prepared to get spammed by what’s app and email. No exaggeration, I’ve received 10 (!!) emails in less than 24 hours only from this hotel. - they offer it S luxurious. The shampoo is nice but the rest, all IKEA.

Great location in a quiet narrow street, but literally 5 minutes walk from numerous tapas bars, the Cathedral and the Alcazar. The apartment itself was roomy, set over two floors - it has a steep internal stair which might not suit everyone - and had everything we needed for a week long stay.

Would be good to have coat hooks near the door, more rails in bathrooms to hang towels up to dry and mirrors in each bedroom.

Great location, convenient check in process, good to have left luggage place. We appreciated the little extras in the kitchen and bathroom.

On the ground floor, it was a bit dark. In warmer weather that might be a good thing to keep cool.

Location is unbeatable and so close to the old part but was really quiet (not always easy in Seville). Helpful staff, easy online checkin. Very clean. The 2 bed apartment was a good layout for 3 of us, would be for 4 also. Bed comfortable. In winter, good heating. Lockers for storage if you arrive early or need to leave them after checkout. Additional toiletries etc available in a cupboard in garage if you need them. Good kitchen and availability of utensils, oven, washing machine kettle, Nespresso machine … Generous with coffee pods, some snacks, and items such as olive oil available too.

Minor niggle and more for feedback, the shower seemed to take a while to get hot water, but good pressure and no loss of hot water or anything.

Good location close to everything. Very spacious apartment with kitchen, washer, dishwasher. Excellent amenities.

The staff would respond online to requests. I asked them "Hi: what is the best way to get a taxi tomorrow morning around 1045? We can also walk a few minutes if needed." They told me to use Uber or call a taxi. (This was on the night of June 8.) I did so and the uber driver dragged for 10-15 min before asking me to cancel. I guess they don't want to come into the narrow streets in this neighborhood. In a panic we set out with our luggage, and found a taxi stand (with lots of taxis) 2 min walk away. We made it to our train in time. I wrote to the staff on morning of Jan 9: "Your advice on taxis was really bad. There is a taxi stand 3 minutes walk away that you should have pointed us to. The uber option was really unreliable... I had told you we were willing to walk a few minutes." The staffperson responded: "Please note, that uber is a general recommendation; you are also free to check online all available recommendations." I loved the apartment but this kind of customer service is unacceptable.

The team at Numa was very responsive to the various questions we had about the booking and they were very accommodating both via online chat and in person. The property itself was comfortable and in a great location close to shops and restaurants but far enough away from busy streets that you don’t hear any loud noises at night.

This was mentioned in other reviews but the road to the apartment is very challenging to drive to. It’s definitely better to avoid driving directly to the apartment and park somewhere farther from the center.

The room was big and spacious.

The hotel is advertised with parking and it should be good to to inform that it has to be booked separately with a additional cost of 20 euro per day. Aswell to inform in in advance that parking is very small and narrow and not suitable for any big cars.

I loved everything about the apartment. It was so clean, comfortable and in a really cool location. I appreciated the extras: coffee, tea and snacks. Would definitely stay here again!

I do not recommend attempting to park here. The roads are extremely narrow and it's difficult to get into the parking garage at the apartments.

Fantastic location. it was on a quiet side street but within 5 minutes there were plenty of shops and restaurants. There were just two of us, but it could comfortably accommodate four. well equipped if you wanted to cook or do laundry. Great tea and complimentary items.
