We had a lovely room with a view that was comfortable and spotlessly clean. It is not far to walk into the centre. We booked this accommodation as it had a pool but the pool was not open which was very disappointing. I feel this should have been more explicit in the promotional details and therefore did not score higher.

Very comfortable place, garden with olive trees, as the following day „our” room was not booked, the Owner told us to extend our stay beyond check out time, if we wished, so we could enjoy walking in San Gimignano a few hours longer! Grazie mile!

Such a beautiful place and very clean rooms, we will come back here the next year!!!!

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, neat and clean as was too the bathroom

The only negative, and a very minor one, was one could only really have a bath as the shower was limited by lack of water pressure which is probably why there was no shower curtain.

all the staff are super nice and they even let us stay for extra 2 hours

The bed was not comfortable at all.

The swimming pool was a wonderful way to cool down after a hot day, and was also perfect for a relaxing morning swim. The room was a good size and was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The villa is located within a 10 minute walk of the town with lots of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants. We felt very relaxed after our stay at the villa and would love to return for longer.

Air conditioning in the rooms would make this stay even more relaxing. We were aware of this when we booked but during our stay the temperatures were exceptionally high and it was difficult to keep cool in the room at night. An early morning relax and swim by the pool made up for this though and the addition of air conditioning is the only thing I would change about this accommodation.

the pool area was lovely and much needed in the heat, was the main reason we booked the accommodation and it was definitely worth it, the furniture could probably do with an updated but it was still functional and comfortable. location was an easy walk into the town. close to local food shop parking on location

No air con which it did state when booking however the fans are not sufficient in high temperatures. they definitely need or better fans if no investment in aircon is made. we all had sleepless nights due to the heat. no glasses in the room, which would have been nice as there’s no kitchen facilities.

The pool was amazing, very quiet and peaceful area. The host was very nice and the room too. After our stay we regret not booking another night because of how nice it was:)

A great little country villa with a beautiful room for us. The owner was really friendly and showed us round the property. The bed was comfy. Use of the good sized pool. 10 mins walk into the town.

Nothing bad to say!

Nice Host, guide us to the parking with patience. Nice pool really cooled us down after the visit to San Gimignano. The location is very good, 10 minutes walk to the old own centre. Not far from the Villa entrance, you can have a full view picture of San Gimignano from distance.

Water quality is not good. I think it’s the problem of the whole town, that’s why there is a free water station not far from the Villa.
