Got fish food poising at The Bay Tree so wouldn’t recommend that restaurant

Size of room was larger than usual and the bed was comfortable..
Soap dispenser broke in the shower, kettle needed descaling, the overall cleanliness was average, the facilities did not meet our expectations based on the cost of it being room only accommodation

Location was superb, quiet but just a 2 min walk from hustle & bustle.
Cleanliness was A1 , host very welcoming & comfortable accommodation.
I am being really picky but I do like a breakfast at my accommodation but this would certainly not put me off staying here the next time we travel.

There is no breakfast at this residence but there is tea/coffee and biscuits.. Plenty of places around to get breakfast.. Location was very central in Carlingford.. Wiuld definitely stay again
