That place is a health hazard. The smelly carpet, dirty sheets and the urine smelling bathroom. The noise at night. The TV only has one channel.😏😔

I didn't eat breakfast but everything was fine 100 percent. The staff is excellent it was nice to be there

The room i was in wasn't clean. The bathroom had water leaking from the toilet. Bed sheets weren't the cleanest. There was noise and knocking on my door.

Friendly staff. Much improved from last experience with street pedlars and the noise at the entrance. The place and room was very clean and was cleaned every day. Slept like a baby. The breakfast was very good and tasty. Their chef even came to the table to ask if we enjoyed the food. Liked that. Nice and fresh variety of rolls at the entrance. The place is near everything I wanted to go to. Thank you Albany staff.

The towels were only supplied on request. But resolved quickly.

I liked the friendliness of all the hotel staff from the reception, cleaning & kitchen staff, our hotel room was nice & clean. Breakfast buffet was nice & the hotel checked us in way before the check in time, I was humbled by their service.

The carpet from the reception to the corridors was dirty & smelly. I didn't like the part where I had to leave my ID at the reception in exchange of borrowing iron, because when I book the room iron & hairdry was listed as available in the room but that was not case. The buffet breakfast the menu was not enough, there were just approximately six things.

this is hotel california horrow hotel ,last thing I remember , I was running for the door the service delivery is at the same level as our current government mold in bathrooms power tripping all day 1 elevator serving 100s of people, having to wait 30 for the lift each time latch on door look like they have been broken into with a crowbar or axe previously parking is away from the hotel , you walk down a spookey lane to get the the parking

Their rooms are so clean.their staff is friendly and it's very safe to stay there,I had to extend my stay there because of the service I got.im very happy with the service.i can recommend them to anyone

The place was very dirty and it was smelling, couch in my room had deep stains, my next door played a TV for the whole night making noise so I did not sleep well and I will never book there🙄
