Possibility to remotely connet Netflix (or similiar) from smartphone to room's TV could be beneficial. Unfortunately didn't work in my room (I don't know if it is possible in others)

ticks almost every basic box for a hotel that is in a business park, staff friendly and helpful, breakfast has its bright spots, the price could be even steeper I suppose, bed is ok, tv is not smart but alright, the mini fridge is the BEST I've ever encountered but:

no view, no balcony, no design, all of these are to be expected. but what is unacceptable is how awful the coffee was, the slow reload of the breakfast items, the location is fine ONLY if you have business in the immediate area, otherwise you could be staying in Spain and travelling every day to Lisbon to check the city, and worse of all, the wifi was below par, very, very bad for a business hotel.

Wi-Fi in the room had poor connection and breakfast closes a little too early as most places close at 11.

It is a very comfortable hotel, employees are very kind. It's a calm place.

It's a bit old-fashioned and it's pretty far from Lisbon center.
