La comida y la atención del personal excelente!!! Las habitaciones son muy grandes espaciosas y muy confortables. Amo hospedarme ahí.
Me gustaría que hubiera más opciones de restaurantes o que no fueran con reservación como el japones por ejemplo. Además seria muy bueno que pusieran otro modulo de toallas porque considero que debes caminar muchísimo para llegar a el cuando estás en el jacuzzi o en ese lado del hotel.

Facility was 5 star resort. Staff was amazing and helpful.
The food was like a 3 star resort. Doesn't remotely compare to Cabo nor Cancun. It's supposed to be the best Resort in Manzanillo. The a la carte restaurant menu needs improvement.

There is a bad smell around the bars, wish the Barceló karmina sign was more sturdy, pool has a few tiles missing and can hurt feet, some of the food was not great

the esthetic is beautiful, the layout was carefully thought out and the ocean view was breathtaking. we had the premium level and we were privy to premium liquors and snacks. the service was exceptional

disco please play more dancing music the piano puts people to sleep!! The disco should be hip and music that make dance please!! also the drinks were watered down!!

they did not let you go to the restaurants unless you stayed 4 nights no matter I paid 14,300 more than double than the usual price not willing to give us a solution

The facility it’s great we found everything very attractive and the beach it’s so good and relaxing meals are excellent 👍👍👍🤝🤝 we have a server victor he did very good and the atención was 100%
I am arrive with my family wife and 8 years old kid and what the booking company tell me was kids under 12 stay free and I did have to pay for him but it’s something I have to deal with them also the front desk girls was not to friendly with as and we like to visit other properties too🤩

The hotel grounds are beautiful.
Pools and bars around the pool are also very nice and you can always get a cold drink.

We liked the rooms. They were very spacious. Unfortunately, we had an incident with our cleaning lady that we reported to the Hotel.
We didn't like the beach. It was small, and seemed to me it was not a natural beach; it was very rocky.

the reception did not treat me well they gave me the wrong room to give me another room they lasted an hour I asked them a question they treated me badly

was not respect for the public orientation of the swimming pool. e.g. There was children in the Adults swimming pool.

The room is beautiful
The food is no good and the Adult pool look like a kids pool it is to low. All the people that would be there with us were Complaining And also On Saturday there was no waiters to service us drinks at the pool side or any where
