I liked how everything was clean, the place was comfortable, it was close to stores and food places i liked .

The only 2 things i didn't like was that in the room we stayed in, the window from the bathroom did not open and also i couldn't close the main door with the key, i had to close it from inside.

I liked the breakfast, was delicious

Just the staff in the second shift was not tgat nice.

The maids were very friendly. The owners tried to make things right but under-delivered.

The receptionist had a terrible attitude, no good customer service. They need to be a little more knowledgeable about their own hotel, the staff needs training. Promises or expectancies were not kept.

Location of Hotel and good service of the staff, fair price in the restaurant and products from the store

Facility with lack of maintenance. The TV service never works across all the time. And it's necessary for the children. Can improve the cleaning in the pool. They also can improve the furniture of the rooms to get a better value added.

Friendly and quick check-in at reception. Decent restaurant on site. Again, a nice easy process for checking out. Provided a small bottle of water in room.

Restaurant not very clean. Crumbs on table cloth. Waiter was just wearing jeans and a t shirt, looked underage, bit awkward asking for a cuba libre. Hotel is old, white industrial paint over all the surfaces. Mineral build up on shower head, shower door. Tile floors of room felt greasy underfoot. Two bedside lamps not functioning. Ceiling fan too far overhead to turn on. Air conditioning worked, but it had a piece hanging out by a wire. Didn't feel like good value.

The hotel is old, AC was not working, mattress is uncomfortable, furniture is very old, some rooms are super loud( not possible to sleep), food is not good.
