La posizione in pieno centro, la cura dell'hotel nonostante appartenga ad uno stabile storico, la gentilezza del personale. Dal balcone si ammirano la splendida piazza ed i bei palazzi circostanti, il tutto con la cornice delle montagne. Il prezzo decisamente buono per la media degli hotel della città.

La mancanza di parcheggio per moto. Si possono scaricare i bagagli di fronte all'hotel, sosta per massimo 20 minuti, e poi si usa un parcheggio pubblico convenzionato con l'hotel a circa 200 metri, tariffa 11 euro dalle 18 alle 10, oppure 14 euro per 24 ore.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, 2-min walking distance to tram stations and 5 mins to old town.

Our room was on the fourth floor overlooking Victor Hugo Place. Our windows were large and we could open them for fresh air. The view of the Vercor was stunning. The hotel is at the heart of the city and Old Town and everything is walkable and a delight for the senses.

We liked everything.

Splendid location on Place Victor Hugo, close to the tram link to the train and bus stations. Staff were friendly and helpful. I made little use of the services and facilities so can't comment on them.

The hotel was kept very clean but the interior is now in urgent need of a re-fit: the furniture, fittings and bathroom in my room dated from the 1980s or earlier. It didn't bother me but I suspect a lot of guests would find that disappointing.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were courteous to us. my husband and I are both senior citizens and we did not speak French but staff were always willing to converse in English.
