早餐惊艳，非常美味。前台、客房和餐厅的工作人员都非常友好、专业，早餐时，餐具一空盘，立刻就会被餐厅服务员收走，始终保持桌面整洁。酒店地理位置好，去哪里都方便。房间设施齐全，住宿舒适、温馨。酒店大堂适合各种拍照，非常出片。

酒店装修得很有品味，是那种现代与东方特色的结合。房间设施齐全，干净整洁，淋浴水压很大，洗澡很舒服，入住时配备了一次性拖鞋，这在国外还是很少见的，拖鞋质量不错。酒店离地铁站稍微远了一点，走路不到10分钟吧，但门前就有有轨电车，去米兰大教堂附近很方便。最值得称赞的是酒店早餐，绝对不要错过。酒店附近还有超市、餐厅，非常方便。酒店离展览中心不远，走走路就到了。
浴室的浴缸上方装上浴帘更好，我们那个房间是小半扇玻璃隔断，很难遮挡住淋浴头的水，洗澡时容易把浴室地面打湿。

Great amenities, the hotel provided everything we could need and was very clean and fancy.
Hidden charges, we had €100 taken from our account on arrival that we weren't warned about as a deposit and were told to pay a tax as we checked out. The staff also were not very welcoming, me and my partner both felt like the staff didn't think we belonged there.

The location is good, the hotel is clean, with some nice stylish touches.
The room was small and a bit outdated. In fact the lobby is the part of the hotel that looks nicer and fresher. The rooms are a bit 70s style. The value for money is not optimal, but after all this is Milano...

soundproof was crap… you can hear anyone in the hall way or the other way around
not very pleasant when the old tram pass if you are in the lower levels
shower head was leaking, the water stream leaking was toward the light… not very safe… plumber should have done better job

The room was a good size and the facilities were great, especially the minibar. The bed was large and comfortable. We received fresh towels every day. The location was good as there is a tram stop directly outside the door and a metro station about 5 mins walk away. There is a full spa available on the top floor, with a great jacuzzi and steam room, as well as amazing views over the city.
The location, whilst good, can be slightly tricky to get to late at night when the metro service stops and the trams are reduced.

Everything about this hotel is great. Tram stop outside and a five minute walk to the metro station made it extremely easy to explore Milan. Would definitely recommend!

Outdated, ware & tare, re-fresh & maintenance needed - overdue.
Mould in the bathroom, not acceptable. I do not expect that for the price asked.
