Beatriz welcomed us and checked us in before arriving. This is our 3rd visit and we love everything about the hotel. The room was amazing.

The toilet paper is thin and cheap for a 4* hotel. Had to waste so much. Lack of recycling ♻️ options and sustainability.

Staff were very friendly and polite, the room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Stayed at this hotel twice previously, hence why we returned. Unfortunately, this time, the room was not that clean, with dust and hairs on the floors, which had obviously been there some time and shower needed updating as well as hairdryer. Spoke to reception who apologised but, room for the whole of four days there was no improvement. Apparently, their cleaning regime has changed since Covid and only wet clean the floors on every 2nd/3rd day. Such a shame as this is such a great hotel, staff and location and this let's it down.

Staff was nice and very helpful! There was a good choice at breakfast and fresh juices. Free Wi-Fi that worked in the lobby. Very close to the beach and shops. Close to the airport bus!

Unfortunately the hotel was not as well maintained as the pictures on booking.com showed. Cleanliness was poor. Not so good for someone who has allergies. The furniture looked as if it was damaged by a water leakage. Safe did not work nor was there a description. The breakfast was good but the first morning there was old croissants and the tomatopuree and mushrooms had also gone off. The WiFi did not work (properly) in our room on the 4th floor. Mattress/ bed was loud and uncomfortable unfortunately.

Location to the beach was good. And room was big . Customer service of staff were very helpful and understanding when we told them our issues. Alot of it was totally out their hands but they did try to help. So thank you. Just would not advise anyone to take a trip to salou in February.. lol

Unfortunately non of the facilities were not fully in operation due to we went in mid February there was road works directly outside the hotel so we could not sit on the balcony. Veiw is of buildings. Just sadly we stayed for one night in the end left as nothing was open again due to timing that we went

Wifi in the rooms not working at all. I had online issues to be completed but not successful. My friend asked to reception "what we can do with wifi" and his answer was unpolitely " to connect". The rooms were big but cold.

Really enjoyed staying at the hotel warm welcome on arrival. Staff very helpful. Great location minutes away from the beach.

Only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the bed. Very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on.

the mini-fridge in the room was not working no bar no restaurant nor food of any kind available in the evening. Disappointing after a long drive to find no bar, no bar snacks and no restaurant. why not - when there are excellent facilities for providing hot and cold food at breakfast?

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Very comfortable room and beds.

Workman drilling next door at 8am should've been time-managed, safe didn't work, no 'do not disturb' signs for the door.

The location is great. The room is clean and big. The shower place is incredible.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Location is perfect to explore Salou and great value for money.

There is no bar or nighttime atmosphere. Pool small.

Room was really nice and had a large balcony. Bathroom very spacious! Hotel was spotless and the terrace beside he pool was great- no rush for the sunloungers as there was plenty. The pool was freezing though! Location was fantastic, 5-10min walk to the beach and shopping area, restaurants and bars. The front desk staff were outstanding, we had a late flight and they allowed us to stay until the evening for small charge. Highly recommend

Getting from the airport is quite pricey for the distance. I would recommend alternative transport, its a pity the hotel had no airport shuttle service. Nothing to do with the hotel but the staff in the airport ( for answering queries relating to transport/buses/taxis) were extremely abrupt and rude.

Lovely hotel, comfortable beds and very clean. Friendly staff. Close to everything, beaches and shops.

Not having a bar, the pool bar had closed for the season. The hotel rooms are not soundproof, we could hear people talking next door.

The staff was very welcoming and very accommodating. We had loads of options for breakfast and dinner which we loved. The pool was really nice.
