Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Frühstück war sehr gut.

The room was quite bigger than expected, pretty well cleaned. Large enough for my family included 2kids. Also the staff were very friendly and nice, I left my jacket there but they found it and helped sending it to me.

No one explains anything to you. It seems like everyone is expected to know how everything works. Ask about everything, especially about breakfast. They don't provide any information.

Location - if you are looking to catch an event on the stadium across the street, this is the perfect location cleanliness staff breakfast

staff at front was not kind and seems boring to his job.

the architecture, the ambience and it felt welcoming, comfortable and grand but not expensive. we had the perfect room for a family of 4 - room 226, and the breakfast was superb.

Room 417 was great! It was a big spacious room and would love to stay in this particular room again..

Nothing really, but if i do have to mention something: Shower/bathroom was a bit small in comparison with the room but it wasn't that big of a deal

calm, quiet and really nice hotel, good location close to public transport and a nice walk for everything, the staff was kind and helpful

The sauna is marked as available on Booking, it is actually closed without re-opening date… I was a little mad about that

The location was perfect as we had a concert at the Lanxess arena which was right across the street, the city center was a 30min walk but we did not mind that at all! The staff was also super friendly! it really made it such a great stay for us and would definitely not mind coming back again!
