Good location, nice rooms, comfortable beds

Lack of signs/information regarding parking. Pool was closed and couldn’t be used.

The hotel is clean and well equipped throughout and the staff are extremely helpful. I had a decent meal in the bar so can recommend that if you can’t be bothered going out.

Bar is pricier than I would have liked and no hash browns at breakfast (they used to do amazing ones) no one wants sautéed potatoes!

Thank you to Georgiana and her team for helping make my proposal to my now fiancée even more special!

We arrived earlier evening to this lovely hotel. We checked in with a lovely gentleman who kindly told us we had been upgraded. 1st time this has happened to us. The hotel, staff, food, cleanliness and ambience of the whole stay was first class. Thank you.

A good choice but having to serve your own tea and coffee was a long winded and tiresome Mushrooms and sauté potatoes bland

Bath shower , no separate shower . Curtains around Bath is dated and can be unhygienic looking a glass Bath screen would improve it.

Room paid for 3 people. Only set up for 2 & the bathroom:bath was disgusting

Nice rooms, clean. Restaurant staff lovely.

Reception staff. Zero welcome feeling for customers. Could hardly bring themselves to say hello decently. Could not get through to restaurants to book table so rang reception, was told they were fully booked. Asked if they could check, was put on hold, he came back two seconds later and said fully booked. We walked down to restaurant and got a table straight away. He just could not be bothered. Also when checking in staff should orient their their customers, tell them about breakfast, pool, timings etc. Even where to find the lifts. Zero interest from these guys. So won’t be going back.

The room was so nice, they brought extra toiletries to the room that we forgot, and brought robes and straighteners!! The pool was lovely and the gym had a lot of good machines. Also had a sauna, steam room and hot tub! The hotel bar was really nice, the design of it was really cool and the drinks weren’t too expensive. The staff were all really lovely as well.

The only negative is the breakfast is £18 each which was too expensive for us so we didn’t get it.

Generally all good. Reasonably clean and friendly. Loved the super king bed.

The cooked breakfast could be better.,especially the sausages. There were no clears signs to indicate how to get to the spa facilities.

Had a lovely stay , great location, lovely hotel , good parking facilities. Special mention to Ovi on reception, very helpful and efficient and also Anastasia for our treats in our room. Also enjoyed a delicious meal in the MPW restaurant, and again great service. Will definitely stay again

My partner and I stayed here for our anniversary, I wrote to the hotel to ask for some robes for the spa and rose petals as a surprise. Not only did they pull through with my request, but they also upgraded our room to an executive suite, left a bottle of prosecco, 2 bottles or wine, a card, and chocolates for us!! Completely blown away by their efforts. Huge huge thank you to Anastasia for doing this for us. We're massively grateful for your efforts. The spa was great, jacuzzi was boiling( in a good way), the pool was clean, and the staff were fabulous. Food was also delicious.

The size of the room is fantastic. The room was lovely. Love the location of this hotel, perfect for cruising. Love having Marco Pierre White restaurant on site.

The bathroom was in need of a refurb. We went into the bar which was decorated beautifully but was very messy and in need of a good clean so we didn't stay for a drink.

Position close to city centre and cruise ships. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Extremely helpful concierge. Foyer layout very comfortable, water and fruit freely available.

Unfortunately jacuzzi wasn't working properly. Would have preferred a walk in shower, bath not that easy for me to get in and out of.

High standards

Need to look at the booking in process. The room availability re booking in times was way out of sync. Needs a senior member of staff to sit and watch the process objectively, reflect on it , amend as necessary

The room and balcony doors both jammed. Couldn't close balcony door and slept with it opened and unlocked
