We had 2 beds and it made it comfortable when traveling witch a child.

The shower did not work for 2 days and we were not even offered a room swap.

-la puerta de nuestra habitación se abría hacia el otro lado de la pared y enseguida estaba el escritorio, por lo que obstruía un poco el entrar a la habitación -al baño le falta más iluminación

It can be easily located. The room was okay. I was expecting a room with a sofa but there was only 1 not for 2 person chair. It was nice for 1 night but they don't have slippers and hygiene kit.

They don't have a parking space.

Staff was very friendly, location was good. Room size was good.

The room wasn’t particularly clean, it felt as if somebody with (with icky hands) had just left. It needed a deep clean from the windows to the complimentary tea set and its spoons - and in particular, the rug which was stained in many ways and places. We also found trays of half eaten room service trays in the corridor. While I understand that is not the hotel’s doing, it added tot the feel of uncleanliness.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The fresh fruit salad was good on the breakfast buffet too. They had the best range of special dietary foods I have ever seen in a hotel without having to ask for it.

Someone had vomited next to the bed in the first room. So they upgraded me to a room where the curtains were hanging off, so they didn't close properly, and the toilet leaked all night.and the door wouldn't lock properly. The cooked element of the breakfast was a bit cheap and lacked flavour. The hotel is in the middle of a busy roundabout i the city centre and is hard to get to, and you have to park a 10-15 min walk away. I won't be staying here again.

Exceutive King Room, well worth paying the extra for this room massive comfortable bed large room. Dinned at the restaurant had main & dessert was excellent food, breakfast was good. Staff at Hotel where friendly & helpful made to feel welcome you can't fault the place or staff have stayed four or more times will continue to stay when in Southampton. 100% recommend.

Great hotel. Excellent location for a cruise. Lovely walk across the park into the Shopping Centre. We had an issue with hot water in our room but the staff were super helpful and sorted us another room to get a shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful overall. Good Breakfast too.

The reception staff didnt have the knowledge of the surrounding areas for resteraunts.... Unable to get food cooked around 9pm.... Breakfast very disappointing.... no tea bags and no orange juice. The toaster burnt one side of the toasted bread and the otherside wasn't toasted

It’s central

Being in the middle of a great big roundabout, it gets a lot of traffic noise. We couldn’t have the window open as it was too noisy so our options were to have the very loud air conditioning running or sweltering heat. I had also forgotten that there’s no car park attached to the hotel so that adds to the cost of the stay

Hotel staff were lovely and they made lovely little touches such as providing our little girl with a colouring pack on arrival and when we arrived into the room there was a plate of chocolate. Beds were lovely and good sizes.

Location is terrible it’s literally in the middle of a very busy roundabout with no parking facilities, we parked on a tiny car park across the road which are only accessible via stairs to the hotel which was a nightmare with a suitcase, lots of bags and a little one to climb and cross the roundabout with. The shower was absolute rubbish only half the nozzle things worked it was like being dribbled on and although we had a bath in the room it was that low down it may as well not have been there. The toilets by the reception area were also dirty, we only briefly used them before we set off home after check out and 2 out of 4 cubicles were very dirty.
