There was NO Heating in the rooms. It was pretty cold. When asked for a heater, the front desk asked for $10.00 for the night.

Me gustaron las instalaciones, la cama cómoda, el trato del personal de portería, servicio de limpieza y de recepción fue muy bueno, agradable trato. Me gustó la habitación.

El señor encargado del servicio en el restaurante, no era amable. En la habitación, el tamaño de la ducha fue algo incomoda mi esposo que es alto tuvo dificultad para asearse.

A localização é excelente. O café da manhã é típico, mas um pouco escasso para o que estamos acostumados, porém isso não pode ser levado muito em consideração porque não é aparentemte não é foco do hotel. O quarto que ficamos era impecável, assim como a limpeza.

Nada me desagradou.

I arrived on july 27th late at night and was assigned a room on the second floor ... as soon as i entered the room, there was loud music coming from the street (it was a party for Peru national day). I asked the reception to move to another more quiet room and they gave me a room on the 6th floor which was much more quieter! Buffet breakfast was really good though selection is very limited to bread, cereal, scrambled eggs, potatoes, ham and cheese.

The fact that it is on a bar street made it a little noisy during the night ... but i should have known better! But it's the double edge sword! Close to the action so you can actually hear the actions!

Centrally located!!

It was a perfect fit for my needs.

Nice hotel, but beware they add 10% to the booking.com price as a service charge. This might be normal in Miraflores but hasn't happened anywhere else in Latin America. Actually the hotel itself was nice and good value.

Location is excellent, near to many restaurants and night life. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Nice, clean room. Breakfast was decent, for tje Peruvian standards, although if you stay more than a few days you notice that there is not that much variation from one day to the other (bread, scrambled eggs, cheese, tomatoes, jam and butter, fruits and juices, sweet cereals, sweet youghurt).

The location of the hotel is close to the big boulevard, so it was a bit noisy, but again it seems that this is just normal in Peru.

I loved the location. There were restaurants and bars close by. I liked the front desk staff. They were friendly and helpful. They even called all the non working telephone numbers of different tour agencies that I supplied them with multiple times. The doorman was awesome and gave me lot of information. Breakfast was good. Room was comfy.

Initial welcome was a little cold.

Very good location close to Parque Kenedy

Great breakfast, starts early, the bread is good. perfect locatin by Parque Kennedy, safe t walk at night. plenty of bars and eateries walking distance and full of shops and malls nearby, easy access to taxis and transport. Great place to stay while in Lima.

Could be a bit noisy depending on the location of your room, cause the street is full of bars and eateries, but no enough as to ever claim it disturbs your rest. Ask in reception for a less noisy room if that bothers you.

The location was nice and the lobby was nice and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was wonderful!

It was a bit more run down than I was expecting but overall it was a fabulous deal and I would recommend it and I and then would stay here again.

The pool and the terrace were closed and I was not informed beforehand..was looking forward to sitting on terrace

Breakfast was good...great location...very clean...nice people work there...they are always willing to help.. I will come back again...

There was not many things in the menu to choose for breakfast and the coffee was cold.

In the past, the menu and selection was varied.
