Overal the experience was really great! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The location was a great. The staff wars friendly.

The room was a bit noisy (room door on the stairs used by the cleaning staff) but not extremely, totally ok with earplugs. One night I was awaken at 02:00 and at 04:00 by fire alarms, despite no fire. But this was not the fault of the hotel...other clients where smoking in the room! At least I can confirm you that the fire alarm is very efficient ;)

Las personas de la recepción son súper amables y dispuestas a ayudar, el hotel es limpio y de fácil acceso. Su ubicación es muuy buena, súper cerca tiene dos estaciones de metro y el sector es muy bonito con varios restaurantes y se sintió seguro. Asearon la habitación todos los días de nuestra estancia. Ninguna queja respecto al servicio.

Las habitaciones están mal insonorizadas, las paredes son extremadamente delgadas, se escucha lo que pasa en la habitación vecina, además, hay un problema cultural que el hotel debe ayudar a resolver: las personas al llegar no respetan, entran gritando y azotan las puertas, el ruido dentro de sus habitaciones es muy alto y las personas del aseo a veces empiezan desde las 6 de la mañana a aspirar. Si bien gran parte del problema de incomodidad para el descanso no es parte del hotel, si podrían empezar a asear más tarde y fomentar cultura, desde que lleguen los huéspedes el primer día avisar sobre el silencio requerido, y en pasillos, ascensor y puertas de habitaciones poner avisos para que se vaya asumiendo el mensaje. Lo de las paredes o insonorización dudo que lo vayan a mejorar entonces toca optar por estrategias para fomentar cultura y respeto.

The hotel is very close to the metro station and the staffs are very friendly.

The bathroom water outlet was not in a good condition. It took lots of time to drain from tub.

Gostei muito da estadia mas fiquei triste pois queria dormir MUITO e bem Cedo as senhoras da limpeza estavam a falar muito alto no corredor bem junto às portas. Senhoras simpáticas e animadas mas... Prontos!!! Mas o hotel é bem agradável 😉

The location is perfect. I would book again if i come back to Lisbon. The bed slept good. Its a very good hotel. Breakfast was tasty as well.

Only the last day of my trip the cleaner did open the door at 09:00 in the morning after only one knock at the door. I didnt liked that at all when i was at the bathroom.
