Wifi on the tv was not working so could not use netflix but that was just a minor point. Everything else was perfect

Cais do Tojo apartment facilities are really good and well equipped. However we didn't manage to connect the TV using the instructions. Close to lots of public transport options, bars and restaurants, activities and sightseeing. Cascais is a short train journey and dotted with beaches.

On one night in the early hours the neighbours made quite a lot of noise cleaning and showering and using what sounded like a dishwasher. Also the nearby construction work woke us up around 8am.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, more than fully equipped. Teresa was a super host, accommodating and helpful.

A little far from the centre of town, but close to the Time out market, lots of taxis available.

The location was great and we really liked the apartment. It was clean and spacious.

The a/c didn’t work and the bedroom was warm. We could open a door to the outside but it was very noisy. Even with earplugs it was hard to sleep. The noise lasted into the early morning hours and then started up again just a few hours later. Other than this one critical aspect, it was a lovely place.

Well decorated with everything you need to make it feel like home. Loved the Bluetooth speaker so you could play music.

Would like the option of buying more coffee pods.

I stay often in Lisbon for work and know a lot of different apartments. It is easy to figure that this is a great apartment with big areas, nicely decorated, comfortable, and with a view, What pleased me more besides that were the small details that differentiate it from others. The list is extensive. Most of the apartments (even on the same segment) don't have, for example kitchen paper, towels, the basics for cooking and a variety of kitchenware. Enough detergent for the dish washing machine. An umbrella that you can use. A sound system and Netflix. A big table to work. Comfortable chairs and sofa. I could go on and on. These hosts are doing a great work.

Beautiful apartment with a great location. We travelled with a 1.5 year old toddler and were expecting a cot bed but to our amazement, the apartment also came with a high chair and baby bath which made our lives so much easier. You’ll find that the owners paid much attention to detail to create a home away from home experience.

The elevators were not working the entire week we were there due to a flood the weeks prior which meant we had to climb up 4 flights of stairs with a toddler and a stroller :( Teresa did her best to manage the situation by helping us with our bags on check it and check out which softened the blow a tiny bit. The electrical set up of the apartment was a bit strange in that if we turned on two high usage appliances at the same time (like the washing machine and toaster), it will short circuit.

It's a beautiful apartment, very clean, superb location. Teresa was great in terms of information and any requirements we had.

There's lots to like about this apartment. The owners have added some nice personal items to make it feel very homely and welcoming. Very light and bright, modern and stylish. Location was nice and quiet but still good for exploring the city. Our favourite local restaurants were Pastanaga and Sucolento - excellent food and service (definitely pre-book!) For lunch we loved the Time Out Food Market, so many different options and a great atmosphere. Always busy so you may have to hunt for a table at peak times.

So, unfortunately, we did experience some issues in the main bathroom. There was a bad smell (mold/damp/blocked drains?) which another reviewer also mentioned so the Owners must take this feedback seriously as I believe there's more they can do to address this unpleasant issue. Toilet seat broken, bath-plug does not hold the bath water making it impossible to have a bath and one of the washing machines broken but we were not made aware of this (luckily they have 2).

The apartment was really nice and well equipped, but when we arrived there was a very strong smell in one of the bathrooms. We informed the hosts and they apologized but just told us to let air in. We did so but could not really use the bathroom, as the smell came back and back. The next morning ( we stayed 2 nights) our kids were covered in more than 30 stitches each. We slept with open doors and had not one single stitch. We went to a pharmacy and they told us that there is a bed bug problem in Lissabon at the moment and that the stitches could come from it. When we told the hosts about it and asked for a discount they did not agree. With regard to the high price of the apartment a discount for such circumstances (bathroom and bed bugs) should have been given.

Fantastic location and really spacious, well-laid out apartment. The decoration is lovely and the owners have gone above and beyond with the level of detail, including some tasty treats on arrival. If you're looking for two good sized double rooms with plenty of space to hang out in then this apartment is perfect. It's really comfortable.

Unfortunately, there was a leak in the en suite bathroom during our stay. The owners were quick to respond and look into it but unfortunately weren't able to resolve the issue which meant we didn't have a second bathroom for the duration of our stay. Other small things were having hand sanitiser instead of shampoo in the dispenser or hand sanitiser instead of soap. We had some issues receiving messages from the seller but this was in part due to the messaging on booking.com. The apartment is also advertised as quiet but there were loud, extensive construction works happening on the street. This is to be expected considering the location but suggesting that the seller remove the description to manage people's expectations.

Beautiful modern flat. Close to all the necessary public transport and tourist areas.

Huge 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Great location, surrounded by restaurants & easy walk into the centre of Lisbon. The owner here has thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable. The apartment is beautifully furnished and is fully equipped with everything you need. If you get the chance to stay here you will not be disappointed.

The location of the apartment was perfect. Dear Breakfast is five minutes away and was exceptional.

Not a single thing! This apartment and the service was far beyond our expectations. The comfort and cleanliness as well as hi tech luxuries suited everyone, including a teenager. We could have happily not moved for the week. However when we headed out, everything was a walk away. It is also close to trains, tram and Metro.
