The location was great. The noise level was low.

Had kitchen and a spa pool

The spa pool didn't function, the jets ran for 5 seconds and cut out. The water was luke warm so I had to boil a kettle to heat it up. The dishwashing liquid was watered down you couldn't do the washing up well. The lake view from the balcony was not in the room, it was outside.

Very spacious, great booking and check in experience. Clean and well presented.

No laundry, not enough blankets, and second double room didn't have an electric blanket. Other than that it was great.

Bed was SO Hard I could not sleep all nite on it as it was so uncomfortable. Pillows were heavy ,high and Hard too, only 1 pillow was not as high amongst 4. I couldn't get the jets to stay on in Spa. I couldn't push knob in to enable having a shower so therefore couldn't wash my hair. Only supplied sachets of shampoo/condioner all in 1 anyway. Carpets needed cleaning.

Noise from front apartments til early hours of the morning Cleaner -very rude Charges for strand of hair falling out Cleaner lied about stains on sheets and bed linen no evidence or photos to prove as it never happened! Charged $145.52 for something that never happened, because I ask for sheet change and said I will be charged . Then was asked if I vape or burn incense ? As there was a smell coming from room .. no I don’t And I wear a musk Oil .. it’s not worth it will never stay here again !

Shabby. Bed was not up to standard and pillows huge. Overpowering smell of air freshener.

Colse to the beach

The mattress so hard and pillows are high and hard. The window is not a double glazed. Too much noise from the road. All night we couldn't sleep and heard cars and people kids are outside on the street. Also the kitchen items are too oily special the oven and the sofa is disgusting. For 2 nights we paid over 1000 is no worth it. Stay away from the motel.
