horrible stay- don’t stay here it is frauduleuse. the house is full of pest, mold, dirt, agency stole our deposit. worse stay ever at zimbali estate

On arrival a very strong smell of humidity, and signs showing that the house was not maintained. We had no water the day we arrive. We found a very disturbing place: a 5th room, horrible smell, dirty, clothes… an occupied room but who would live in this place with no water cockroaches everywhere ?? going through the house we discovered around 15 cockroaches in the master bedroom only!!! This is not anyhow linked to « an eco lodge » as mentioned by the rental agency. The rooms are infested with pest, the baby cot was crawling. The stove are so dirty it is blocked by greasy dirt and is not working. The bed linens are old dirty, dusty and smell like they have been there for 2 years. In the kitchen the cupboards are all dirty sticky some of them have waste in it. In the back kitchen there is back water, in the ice machine, kettle. The main window in the living room is not closing properly there is a 2 cm gap, so we have ants everywhere. It’s a nightmare our holidays are ruined. Mold, dirt, remains… the house is insanitary. and the golf cart are not working… It’s a beautiful house that was abandoned. and now our deposit is being stolen…

The house was awesome. Friendly atmosphere.. Angel the house manager was very helpful and kind. Over all stay was excellent. The kids enjoyed their day in the pool and deck.

The fact that the house it's a triple story. Double balcony... Swimming pool on the first foor. The stairs on the entrance wow!!! The furniture finishing is very detailed and blade very well with the house. The house was more perfect. I wish we booked atleast 5 days to enjoy the house.

This is personal but it might not be applicable to other visitors.. The flow carpet in the bad room were dusty.. I have sinuses I didn't sleep properly the second day. And also the pictures on the website doesnt do justice for house... The house is more beautiful than the pictures. The service lady didn't come and we were not informed in time.

Morning, just want to let you know that we have cheked out. We have loged a formal complaint at the guestcentre. The golfcarts are not working, washingmachine not working, dischwasher is not cleaning dishes properly, not enough glasses or coffee mugs, no toiletpaper. This morning the cleaner was sleeping in the 5th bedroom. There was no wifi in the house as advertised. There was also no power in the house this morning, whereis the backup? Please let me know what you are willing to do about the situation?
