The property was extremely clean and had fantastic views from their breakfast area. It was also close to the city centre. The surrounding area felt safe and friendly. All the staff and especially the manager Richard Cruz Castro were exceptionally helpful and friendly during our stay. Always accommodating. They also serve coca tea to help adjust to the altitude which was extremely helpful. The breakfast was delicious. It was also the most comfortable bed.

O hotel é simples mas muito confortável, limpo e tranquilo. O pessoal da recepção era extremamente gentil e solicito, guardaram nossas bagagens nos dias em que fomos para Machu Picchu e em outro dia em que fomos para Puno e para nossa surpresa, quando voltamos de Puno para pegarmos nossa bagagem e não tínhamos mais nenhuma diária com eles pois íamos para Lima, nos ofereceram um quarto para que pudéssemos descansar até a hora de irmos para o aeroporto sem custo nenhum. Não aceitamos mas ficamos muito felizes e gratos p3lr tamanha gentileza. O hotel fica numa rua super tranquila, com restaurantes baratos e bons na esquina e a uns 15 minutos de caminhada tranquila até o centro. Disponibilizam chá de coca em todos os andares e gratuitamente, enfim, excelente custo benefício, me surpreendeu MUITO positivamente. Recomendo MUITO.

I liked the breakfast and people were really kind and worry about help you. So if you feel cold so easy, they have heater at rooms. It’s really comfortable.

nice staff, very helpful, breakfast is good and served from 6 am. Room was very clean. Coca/herbal tea is available for free
it’s not really a negative thing but better to be taken into account. the hotel is located in front of some cargo terminal and I’ve got the room with the windows to that street. Starting from early morning trucks beeped and uploaded something. I used an ear plugs and basically managed ok but if you are light sleeper better to ask for another room.

The breakfast was amazing! Also the rooms were cozy and clean. There’s hot water, towels and everything you need. The people in Inca Hotel were very helpful!

It was very comfortable, the breakfast was awesome. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The free 24hr coca tea was great for acclimating to the altitude

The rooms were nice/comfortable and the people working there were all friendly: cleaning staff, breakfast food preparers and the reception people were extremely helpful and informative. If we needed something they accommodated us.

it’s a bit away from the center and we didn’t feel super safe walking back home after 10pm, so we always took an Uber.

Cleanliness, 24 hour hot water, daily room service, good bed, sheets, towels, heating, average breakfast - not much items but not bad. Location is very quite and 10 minutes walk to Plaza del Armaz

Very very great cost-benefit hotel. The rooms are cozy, bathroom is very clean. The breakfast is really fantastic, you can order eggs, pancakes, and sausages, and it includes fresh juices, coffee, and tea. The staff is friendly and will be available to help at any time.
At some times there was literally no hot water coming out of the shower, so taking a shower could be stressful. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the Plaza de Armas, which is a short walk, but a part of me wanted to not have to walk that every day.

It was confortable and the staff was very nice and friendly.
Not in the middle of historical center(its is actually on the edge) but is a 10 min walk.
The pillows can be improved.

the staff was realy kind, the douche was warm and the location was fine
the breakfast was moderate (but the people were very kind), the bathroom was really small and the bedsheets were not very comfortable

- 8 min by car from the airport,
- better to ask for taxi in the hotel than take an uber - the price is better (uber drivers wants additional 5-10 soles cash for a car park on the airport),
- hot water all the time,
- very nice manager and cleaning personel
It was all ok, but they could improve the wifi acces (in our room was very poor quality).
They could provide hot water and mugs during all day and not only once in the morning.
