A very quiet location with excellent staff, polite and helpful. Extremely clean and very well maintained. Reception and check in was very smooth and well handled. The view amazing, with short walk to the beach.

The room was average, the mattress was lumpy and not very comfortable, the television provided in the room was not working well and on the small side. Although the channel list was long there are very few in English.

The Property is huge and pretty but the maintenance is rather poor. We had opted for a pool mansion and my kids refused to step into the pool because it was quite shabbily cleaned. I won’t say it wasn’t cleaned but a rather shoddy job was done. We found many cobwebs inside the room, the house cleaning did a very bad job of room cleaning too.

The property is just a 3 star but prices are almost at par with Taj Kovalam. I thought I was paying the premium for the pool mansion but it was not worth the value. Good will leave you very unsatisfied too as except for their live counters nothing was hot.

superb resort with just a stone throw away from the beach. very scenic with ample greenery all over the resort. amazingly hospitable staff.

WE liked the Traditional ambience of the restaurant area, with traditional music.

On arrival, was told there was no booking for us. As our luggage was outside on the drive, I went to get the paperwork to prove our booking. I was followed by the manager all the time. At the reception the receptionists hovered around us while we completed the paperwork. The wifi was hit and miss - more miss than hit.

Very nice location with nice sea view. There are rooms with traditional Kerala style look & feel. The beach is slightly away from property but accessible via the private road. The pool is well maintained

breakfast was very good. So also the location of the property was good. The ambience was excellent. Very courteous and helpful staff. The view from the room was breathtaking. Garden and the greenery very well maintained.

This is not exactly a complaint. The property is located on a hillock. Living quarters are spread over the property and some of them are located in downward slopes. Elderly persons find it tiresome to access upper part of the property. May be the management must advise the elderly guests to opt for easily accessible rooms though these rooms may not have good view.
