In der Nacht war es ziemlich kalt Die Fenster gingen nicht richtig zu

Die Lage im Zentrum der Stadt war ideal für kurze Touren durch Como. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Selbst das Wetter war ideal, da hatten wir echt Glück.

Die Residence ist sehr hellhörig, sowohl Zimmernachbarn als auch Fußgänger draussen sind deutlich zu verstehen. Die Parksituation ist eher bescheiden, insbesondere das Parkhaus mit über 20€ pro Nacht war zu teuer - wir haben nach der ersten Nacht im blauen Bereich geparkt, was mit EasyPark perfekt und günstig ablief.

Excellent location - right in middle of downtown and walking distance to everything. Very supportive staff to help with all requests and questions.

The hotel and rooms are bit dated. There are no elevators - so be prepared to carry your luggage 3 floors.

Great location

My only complaint is that the shower head needed replacing, as someone had tried to glue it into place several times, and it just fell down, making an awkward shower experience.

The location was perfect which is very important. It was clean.

Perfect location and really easy to find and access using instructions from the owner.

Our room/area was much smaller than expected but it was fine for 1 night. It was a bit noisy with other guests coming and going, we had a ground floor room and next to the front door.

Localisation and stuff very helpfull, very nice authentic Italian bar next door with real Italian food like panini belongs to old Italian couple

The room is very clean and comfortable. It's in a Central location. We had e rooms, 2 of them had a shared outdoor sitting patio which was very nice.

Rooms were in the second floor and there is no elevator, we had to take all luggage in the stairs. In addition, one of the rooms had bad smell. We combined to the Management who sent someone to check and she claimed there was no problem. It seems we diaagree on that. We had the windows open and aircon on for 30 minutes and the smell was gone.

Size of the apartment. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff member.

Bit far from the train station. Not much supplies (e.g. dishwashing liquid) which makes you wonder about the hygiene of the utensils. Shower water drainage was slow.

Lovely clean and comfy apartment. Easy to find, easy to get in. Great comms all the way through. Bed was excellent, air con very efficient.

unfortunately we had the ground floor with dimmed window so we didn't get much of a view. Also, there were no condiments included in the apartment, which is usually standard. We could buy salt and peper and the local store but they didn't sell olive oil in smaller sizes then 0.5l and we didn't want to take it with us.

The room had everything necessary to cook, but I don't cook on vacation. Comfortable bed.

The room was small and crowded, with the bed in the attic for which you had to climb a dangerous ladder. I also bumped myself many times in that ladder (see photos). No nice view outside from the windows, just over some roofs."

Lovely spacious apartment, easy to find and the room was available to check in early which was a bonus! The staff were lovely.

Good location, nice appartment, everything provided.

The website said free parking but we couldn’t even get with the car to the location for luggage. we had to park the car for €25 a day in the street or parkinglot.

Would be nice to have some oil or butter to cook..
