Everything was perfect, the location is superb, very calm and cozy. I like the pond with a little ship behind the farmhouse and also the stream that comes thruout the land.

I feel it's typical for this part of Czech Republic that the rooms in renovated farmhouses were build from a scratch, that means walls are absolutely non-soundproofed-( and you can hear what others are talking about (every single word).

INCREDIBLE. Secluded, unique, peaceful....I can go on and on. Probably the most impressive property I have stayed at this year in terms of price, comfort and location. In the middle of nowhere, private and surrounded by nature. Well kept grounds and a historic farmhouse at that. Lovely large shared kitchen and Dining facilities and then you get to what are very modern rooms. I had a chance to see all the rooms and apartments and they are all just beautiful. I had a modern bathroom with shower, comfortable bed with really nice bed linen. Wifi worked well and the password is in the info booklet in the main foyer. I really wish I could have stayed longer and really hope I can plan a return as soon as possible. If secluded and quiet is what your looking for....look no further. This is well worth any detour you might consider.

Beautifully restored timber-frame house in a historic Western Bohemian village, huge well-equipped rooms, good wi-fi connection, big well-kept beautiful yard, lot of interesting places to visit in the vicinity.

Motion sensor light switch in the bathroom doesn't see you in the shower stall, so after showering for some 3 or 5 minutes the light is suddenly off and you find yourself in total darkness. The only way to turn the light on again is to open the stall door. Probably placing a second motion sensor or relocating the existing one above the stall would help.
