El Hotel muy está muy bien, amplio, agradable, recepción 24h, muy amplia la habitación con todo lo necesario. Céntrica al lado de la estación de tren. Tienes un super, el mercado y restaurantes muy cerca.

En el momento que llegamos había obras y nos fue imposible acercarnos más. Dejar el coche un poco lejos porque no podíamos llegar más cerca del hotel a buscar un parking. Nada que no se pudiera arreglar, lo dejamos en zona azul.

If traveling by train this accommodation is a gem. Plus you are within the nicest part of Montpelier. Trams available on the doorstep. Nice big room and quiet. Front desk has staff on hand so entry is simple.

The staff should very well know all the front doors to the apartments are hard to close so guests have to slam them to close them. Lubricate the locks please. You should attend to this as it wakes us up as early risers leave.

A very good location for the train station, and the central square (Monoprix etc).

Avoid the front rooms as they are above the tram stop, and when each trams takes off it dings its bell. Also there can be a lot of people activity outside your window.

Great hotel, central location, friendly staff and clean! Highly recommend.

Bed bugs! Hello, I already filed a complaint at the reception desk this morning but I haven’t heard back yet and now booking.com is asking me to give my opinion on my stay at Odalys City Montpellier Les Occitanes. The apartment looked nice at the start but this morning when I got up I was bitten all over my body by bed bugs (punaise de lit). I’ve taken some pictures and looked it up. All symptons are linked to bed bugs. I was horrified! I work in the business travel world and have traveled all over the world, stayed at hundreds of hotels but this is the first time this happened to me. First I thought these were mosquito bites but then I saw the bites at my back and I was wearing a t-shirt to sleep so it couldn’t be mosquitos. Also the pattern of several bites close together is typical fir bed bugs. I really welcome your reply and compensation.

Air con not working in our room. All lights not working. Some, English speaking television programs would have been appreciated. Crockery at a reachable height.
