I loved everything about it everything was exceptional

I love this environment because of the private beach . It is very calming

The room was in disrepair. It smelled badly like the plumbing was bad. Furnishing was it this room could be much better.

Spacious. Nice and quiet. Beach site is amazing. Staff is wonderful and great customer service.

No restaurants or stores near by. It’s 30 minutes from everything. We were told that Mayan place can accommodate with their restaurant but we went and the receptionist lady gave horrible service. Gave us a hard time and instead of arguing left and had to go into town to eat.

The Wi-Fi is pretty bad. But other then that, everything was pretty good.

The pools were nice. Beach was beyond fantastic.

Everything was broken - indoor fountain, indoor fireplace, indoor master bedroom tv; doors coming off hinges, oven door wouldn't shut and a plug in behind TV was blown out and had black from a previous fire. The decor consisted of ONE large picture in the eating area - NOTHING like the pictures to reserve this space. There were no supplies - soap, extra towels, etc. No wash cloths. No hand towels. Kitchen was poorly stocked. When AC came on, all bedrooms smelled like sewer especially master and back bedroom! I complained and was told they would tell HOA. No offer to move us. No offer for discount or make it right. I feel like this condo was greatly falsely advertised. Maybe they were refurbishing and we helped pay for the stuff to be repaired AFTER our stay was over??! Check-in had no directions. No rules. Nothing. I asked a ton of questions and was told nothing of all the issues this condo had before we arrived. Very disappointed! We've traveled to Mexico every year and this was an awful stay especially for the money we spent to treat our family.

Everything else was great

No hot water for shower and water would go out commonly.

Everything was great, it was clean and good for the family. Not crowded like hotels especially in pool area kids loved the pools. Will be booking again!
