I liked everything with the hotel - the rooms, the amazing garden, the restaurant, the breakfast, the location by the beach, the atmosphere and also the super-friendly staff. I will be back!

Good room, great location and fantastic service. The food quality was also great.

The one special thing about this hotel is the staff. I have never felt so warmly welcomed in a hotel and it is just beautiful to see how they are all wholeheartedly enjoying their work.

Unfortunately it was raining for some days, and Buzios is not the ideal bad weather destination. Bug that has nothing to do with the hotel of course

Location was perfect! Breakfast was perfect! Staff friendliness and assistance was perfect!

Our room (a standard room), was rather uninspiring, but excellently maintained and, of course, very clean Some nights there is music; until 11 pm or so; if one prefers a quiet night, that is not possible

If I could give more stars I would. The hotel is the best I have ever stayed in, feels more like home than a hotel with unique rooms and decoration. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made special GF food at breakfast for my mum and sister. They even sourced voltage transformers for us to use our 220v equipment. The atmosphere is what really sets Vila da Santa apart and this is all down to the staff, they are so relaxed and genuinely friendly you feel at home straight away (special thanks to Dany for dealing with all my family throughout our stay). None of the false smiles and greetings you get in most 5 star hotels. The location was great for us too, a private beach area right behind the hotel and a lovely walk along the cost to get to the main shopping and restaurant area of Buzios. When I return to Buzios I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

If I had to pick something negative I would say that the food is a bit too expensive but it is fantastic tasty food. Can't think of any other negatives really. It's exceptional.

Location, the excellent service, facilities.

Our room was one right below the stairs to the upper floor. I found a little bit claustrophobic. Make sure when booking to ask for another room.

The property is in a perfect location and right on Ossos Beach and close to everything you could ever desire in such a beautiful & tropical paradise. The staff treated us like royalty and was there for our every need. Truly over and beyond any of my expectations! Thank you Cynthia, Matias, and Yumi. My daughter and myself will surly be returning in our next visit to Buzios! Dreams come true in Buzios !!!

Not a one dislike

Todo excelente. Hermoso el hotel y el personal excelente.

Incredible attention to detail everywhere. Stunning decor. Lovely staff. Positioned in the nicest part of Buzios.

Upgraded to a superior room which was kind, but room still quite small. Would have liked to be able to make our own tea or coffee as we wake early and breakfast wasn’t until 8am.
