Ficamos no quarto VIP vista mar, com uma varanda muito simpática e uma vista de tirar o fôlego . A localização é ótima ! Excelentes restaurantes nas pousadas vizinhas e tb facilidade para ir caminhando para a Rua das Pedras e Orla Bardô . Embora tenha que descer escadas . Os funcionários são muito solícitos , principalmente a Bia, Bruna e Alex , com quem tivemos contato .

Um degrau na porta do banheiro, bem perigoso, principalmente a noite , qdo estamos sonolentos . A redução de funcionários, e a dupla função dos mesmos. As vezes os pedidos demoram muito pra serem atendidos, principalmente com a pousada cheia. Como a piscina fica muito próxima dos quartos de frente, o barulho de crianças incomoda um pouco , pra quem gosta de dormir um pouco mais . As vagas de estacionamento tb são pouquíssimas. Soube que a pousada vai entrar em obras no próximo ano, e acredito que esses detalhes sejam resolvidos .

La ubicación es excelente, llegas a todos lados caminando, tiene una vista maravillosa a la playa y puedes ver un atardecer perfecto. Todo el personal fue muy amable, en especial Mateos quien nos atendió super bien y solucionó rápidamente nuestras necesidades. El desayuno es muy bueno!

A localização é perfeita. Uma vista deslumbrante da Armação de Búzios que não dá vontade de sair da pousada para nada. Quarto amplo e banheiro moderno e funcional. Todos os funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos.

The hotel is a dream. The whole ambience with the great terrace with a beautiful view in a great location. not far from the hotel are 2 top beaches : Joao Fernandes Beach and Azeda beach. Breakfast very good quality an very friendly staff.Price-performance ratio top!

Included breakfast should be Buffett style. Bed mattresses and pillows are poor quality. Service hours are too limited: kitchen closes at 8pm and bar at 10 pm. Property is understaffed in the evening.

Amazing breakfast and view, beautiful pool and outdoor lounging area. Staff was very warm and helpful, great access to the main sidewalk to town. Coffee/tea machine available at all times!

Rooms themselves are basic but very clean and bathroom also very clean.

this made the 4th time i have stayed at your hotel... i love it... i was to get a room with a balcony but got ocean view instead, i would have liked having the choice if that is what i wanted, since i reserved a balcony room... the breakfast is not buffet style, i miss that... the staff are all very nice.. i love your location and your hotel... thanks..

They gave me a different room than the one I booked. I complained and they changed it for me. they said the photos on Booking are not for the exact rooms. Photos should be updated.

The staff is amazing!! They bake a cake for My birthday!! The view seems out of this world, really amazing place for the sunset

The room was gorgeous with an incredible view over the sea - our shower even had a panoramic view of the sea and town. The staff were particularly friendly and helpful, giving us maps of the beaches, making great cocktails for us and doing everything they could to make our stay the best. Breakfast was tasty, the pool area was lovely and the food we had was also really decent - we had some steaks when we arrived and they were delicious.

The breakfast is served late in the morning wit h don’t match with the excursions and reservation is needed with anticipation. I should ask many times to have first breakfast option at 8am.

The view from the pool is really nice and the overall ambiance is calming. And the staff is on point.

The king bed was literally two twin beds taped together in the middle, so everytime I rolled over the seam I woke up. Also, my room was beneath or next to the kitchen, so when breakfast prep started at 6 am, there was no more sleeping. I just walked around until breakfast started at 8am because there was nothing else to do. And the banging and scraping and sweeping from the kitchen was constant.

Perfect location and beautiful view from the pousada.

We paid 50% upfront. During check in they made a reservation. During check out we paid everything again and got explained that the amount paid during check in was just a reservation fee. We have still not received the money back after 1 month and the pousada refuses to answer mail and WhatsApp. Very hard to communicate in English with the staff.
