Il check-in non potrebbe essere più semplice. Basta inserire il codice della porta personale nella porta di casa e la tua vacanza inizia! Entra e sentiti subito rilassato. Sarai prima accolto dalla camera da letto al primo piano con un comodo letto a castello con letti matrimoniali pieni e un rotelle doppio per alcuni ospiti extra o kiddos, nonché un balcone fronte spiaggia. The condo was very clean, it was close to everything we wanted or needed and we felt like it was home for a week. I loved that there were floats available for us to use. Two chairs and an umbrella coming with the condo was very nice too. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook with for the week. Every time I called for something they were quick to call back and helpful every time. Very nice staff. We would definately stay there again.
It would have been nice if the ice maker had been working, but the offer of free ice delivery was very fair. The website said the Destin/FW airport was 10 minutes away, when in reality it was 40 minutes away. That should be corrected.

Overall we had a fabulous time. There were a few items that needed attention when we arrived like the tv remote not working, the sink clogged and a few other misc items that were minimal. The maintenance manager handled it quickly the next morning. Unfortunately we didn't catch that the washing machine wasn't working until several days into our stay. We were told that the owner of the property was just going to replace the machine (they had have issues with it) and since it would take longer than our stay, offered to do our laundry, which was nice. Unfortunately it was only to be done on the last day of our stay and with six children under 11, we had a huge need for laundry. I wouldn't have booked a property without a working washer/dryer. Since it seemed that they knew the machine was broken - it had a full load of towels in it with a detergent pod sitting on top - they should have told us about that from day 1 or earlier. It would have made for a more enjoyable stay if they offered to do the laundry once in the middle rather than us going back and forth after the fact. We actually checked out a day early and while this was not the only factor, I think we would have stayed the full time if all my children had clean clothes.
Anyway, all that to say that despite the broken washing machine, we still had a lovely time. But I just can't give a full 5 star review with management knowing about the washing machine issues in advance.

We had some minor issues & I know it’s hard to get things fixed during peak rental season but I could have been made aware the washing machine was broken. Stairs are a pain but if you’re used to stairs it’s no problem. It was a beautiful view & just steps to the beach. We had a great stay! Parking is problematic but we made it work. The only other issue was a miscommunication on trash pick up, but I think we got that taken care of as well. Every interaction was pleasant and helpful.

Great location right on the beach! Three floors enable seperation and private space wheen needed.
Parking is difficult as only space for two cars and not wide enough for car access. Problem with cleanleness is can was full and overflowing and smelly at front door at check in which made for a bad initial impression. Maintenance resolved right away when notified.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Be prepared for lots of stairs, we didn’t mind them. We ranged from 3-55 and enjoyed this stay! Enough room for big parties. The only downfall for us was the washer and dryer space being really difficult to use due to lack of space. This townhouse is in a great spot with direct beach access! We will be back!

You have to go through the kids bedroom to get to one of the master bedrooms(not ideal). Both downstairs bedrooms have window units so you either froze or got way too hot. The washing machine lid won’t open all the way so I always had to have help getting clothes out of it and laundry is in the kids room which makes it hard to not wake them up to wash a load of towels. Parking is HORRIBLE. Proximity to the beach is absolutely perfect.

We had a great time and space was very good for our family and the best oart was just the small walk to the beach.
Parking was stressful, so beware if you have more than 2 vehicles.
Our ice maker was not working, tech came out quickly but wasnt able to fix, so we did have to buy ice. The tech was very friendly and offered to bring us ice.
We enjoyed our stay.

We loved this property. Condo is just as described and pictured in the listing. Direct beach access, very quiet neighborhood, great location to anything we needed. Property management was easily contacted and at our service to assist with early check-in, adding a date to our reservation, and any other needs. Would return!

The parking spots are too narrow.The Main A/C didn’t work the first day.We didn’t have the beach set-ups for the last 2 days and we were told that someone would bring them. No trash bags.The cleaning crew of the other condo was parking in our spots and we didn’t know who or where they were.

I would give the property a 4.5/5. It was beautiful, clearly recently renovated in parts, and had nice treasure-trove of beach toys that seemed to have been left behind by prior guests. I would give the points off on cleanliness. The high-touch areas were clean, but the low-touch areas were Cleary very dusty. Another thing that cost the 0.5 points was there odd air conditioning. The main level and upper level had modern central air, but the ground level had small window units integrated into the wall. The one in the room with bunk beds did not seem to have a mechanism to adjust its temp-setting. Which would have been fine if there were a remote, but there wasn’t one. The choices were A/C on which pumped out A/C to 62 deg, or fan only which brought room to 78-80 overnight. So our choice was freeze or fry.
I would stay here again, as it was a great house, but I would leave the room with the bunk beds vacant.

Dream Come True
I had always dreamed of my family spending a week in a home right off the beach. This condo made those dreams come true! My husband, three children and me were very comfortable in the space this condo offered. We spent every evening on the balcony talking about our day and enjoying the sunset. The days were spent on the beach, and we loved the chairs and umbrella that were offered. There were toys we used to build sand castles, and the kitchen was well supplied with everything you needed to cook from home. The sound of the waves at night were so peaceful, and this is just what our family needed to make great memories. I couldn't get enough of the smiles! We absolutely had the time of our life, and we all want to return to real soon.

Great location but very dirty
This house was disappointing. When we arrived, the house had obviously not been cleaned—There were food spatters in the kitchen, the floors had not been mopped or vacuumed, and we found old food, a cockroach and a used bandaid on the floor in the kitchen. Multiple lamps didn’t work throughout the house, and curtain rods were broken in two of the rooms. The deck was missing spindles and a jagged nail was exposed (not great for little kids). The bathrooms were clean, but two of the showers did not drain. We called the cleaning service when we arrived and they were prompt to come back and reclean. The beach toys and location were great.
This house is in need of some serious updating and repair. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.

The unit was in a great location! Management was extremely nice & helpful. We had a few minor issues & they were prompt to fit them. It could have been a bit cleaner but not bad enough we wouldn’t stay again. The stairs were brutal but we knew they would be- just know if you have older people it could be a problem. Parking is tight but manageable more manageable if you have nice neighbors. The biggest complaint - the beach is private & you have rights to the space directly in front of your unit, but you have to fight for your spot everyday. We had to get up at the crack of dawn to get our spot. We even rented an umbrella & chair setup to save our spot but people didn’t care or respect your space. We made it work but it would be nice if the beach area was policed- we paid for private beach & it’d be nice not to have been crowded by the units across the street. We will probably stay again & I recommend this unit.

Everything was good. The only thing I do want to mention is there is we only had 3 wash clothes and 2 kitchen towels and no oven mitts. Other than just minor things it was a great stay.

Beautiful view
Carpets in bedroom upstairs dirty. Had to strip beds and towels to the washer which was not on web sight but on list taped to door morning of departure to airport. Needed more notice on changes. Locating was amazing!!

Excellent location for busy Easter week.
This townhouse is located right on a private stretch of beautiful soft white sand beach. The beach to the north and the south of us was very crowded, while our stretch remained much less so. The water is crystal clear. It is a very short walk to Pompano Joe's a very busy but very tasty casual restaurant. The Win Dixie (and other grocery stores) will deliver an order for a fee of $10. One can walk the beach for miles or the pedestrian path along Scenic Gulf Hwy. I recommend the lattes at the Two Birds Coffee and Cafe. A bit longer of a walk, but the best latte I've had since Paris. The unit itself is a little older, but everything worked well. Lots of tubes, boogie boards and sand toys on the lower level deck as well as a handy hose to remove sand from feet. The bed was very comfortable and there's nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the Gulf! We were just 2 in this large unit, but it would have been great for our family of 10 if Covid hadn't kept the kids and Grandkids away.

Great beachfront stay!
The location right on the beach is incredible, especially with children. The gorgeous beach is literally in the backyard. This townhome had everything we needed for our stay, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms that were well stocked with towels and all the necessities. It had beautiful and inviting decor throughout. There were extra beach toys and a hose on the lowest level to rinse off. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying here again when we return to FL.

Great family beach vacation
Spent the week with our daughters, son-in-laws and grandkids. The house was great for the 12 of us. Location on the beach was perfect. Had everything we needed close by. Would definitely come back.
