El trato de las personas encargadas fue excepcional, nos sentimos super cómodos por ellas. Hubieron un par de inconvenientes que resolvieron de muy buena manera. Todo estaba muy limpio y nuevo. Ofrecieron un desayuno básico pero con muy buen precio y cantidades muy buenas. Calidad precio excepcional, volvería sin duda.
Lo que menos nos gustó fue la zona que rodeaba al hostal, no parece ser la mejor pero tampoco hubo ningún problema. Parece una zona de gente humilde.

Muy buena ubicación cerca de la autovía.
Hotel renovado y nuevo. Todo muy limpio y muy agradable.
El tamaño de la habitación es adecuado y todo está muy bien pensado. Cama muy cómoda.

Location, as we rented a car and wanted to stay our 2 first days not far from the airport, it was only 15 minutes from there. The room was clean and spacious enough.
We almost fell down while washing in the shower, must be placed something within the shower.
No socket to charge a phone near the bed.
No any bench in the room to place any bed light.
Too complicated way of making a coffee, yet the coffee itself was good.

Super accueil, très propre, ça sent toujours très bon, une odeur de cerise un peu. Parking
La literie n’est pas très confortable et le wc un peu trop près du mur c’est très juste mais pour le prix c’est très suffisant. Quartier pas très fréquentable, pensez à avoir une voiture pour vous déplacer.

Das Hostel hat insbesondere extrem freundliches Personal, welche mit Tips und Wissen über die Insel glänzen. Das Frühstück war continental und lecker. Der Flughafen ist nur wenige Busstops vom Hostel Neon entfernt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die personal sind unfassbar nett und hilfsbereit… die waren wie eine Familie für mich und habe große Verständnis für meine Situation gehabt ( ich habe die Unterkunft komplett wo anders sein sollte falsch gebucht )
Mein Zimmer hat anders als im Fotos ausgesehen und habe schlechtes Ausblick gehabt … die Bettwäsche waren sauber aber alt ( haben Löcher gehabt ) die würden aber umgeändert!
Frühstück war bescheiden aber angeblich um den Preis bekommt man auf dem Insel nicht besseres

Pas d’ascenseur !!!!!! 2 étages à monter avec une valise de 20 kgs en étant enceinte… Dommage car nos voisins de chambre devait fumer je ne sais quoi et l’odeur est entré dans notre chambre…

Great place thats easy to reach by public transportation and its right next to more expensive areas. Staff was genuine friendly. Clean room. Would love to stay here again.

Our room was ok but needed more sockets around bed and bedside tables with a lamp. Also no kettle tea coffee facilities in room they were downstairs in reception room . The tv could do with some English channels as were all Spanish

Great hotel super clean, and the staff is just so welcoming and helpful I had a great time, I highly recommend it

I've stayed here for 7 nights and can highly recommend the hotel. I even had a room with a balcony. Bed was comfy. Steven makes sure you feel welcome and helps whenever you need something. You have a nice rooftop (I used it for meditation) and in the common area you find a kettle, coffee and tea.

Everything was excellent would definitely stay there again if I visit Tenerife again. Convenient for going to different places location is great. Loved the Mountain View’s from the balcony every morning. Family run business so defo would recommend for adults who want peace and quiet.
