Location was good no other amenities were on offer , i liked the bathrooms and overall décor in the room.

the main door was faulty- which meant i had to go to reception four times to rectify- whilst the staff were helpful this was highly inconvenient, the bathroom towels were stained and used- i found hair on them.

The set up of the apratment was great

The apartment wasn't cleaned properly it smelt of mildew and the bathrooms especially the main one smelt of urine and the total bowl was dirty as though it had not been cleaned for a while.

Loved the location it was close to the beach Zimbali is a beautiful place but was not happy with suite 110

The staff and was not helpful Could not put the stove on and there was no manual I did phone host was told someone will come help us the next day but no one came The T.V. in the bedrooms did not work The shower mat was dirty We did not enjoy our stay this time Was also given wrong entry and exit codes
