Nothing to like in this place, Place was very dirty, filthy. We found ants in food. Food was horrible, no hygienic.. we saw black mould in juice mixer, litrelly asked 2 times to wash Small lizard 🦎 in the room. How can we sleep peacefully, Coffee cup all black stained, no bath mats. Don't know how booking .com recommends like these places. Owner is very rude, when we told all these problem. He Told " if don't like it, you can leave the place now." Shower tap control keep coming off, first person gets hot water, next person needs to wait atleast 1 hr to get hot water. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Last minute booking here for one night. Lovely family/staff fixed me up. Great sized room with a decent cool off pool and eating area. There's some construction work going on within the building but if you're not in need of a view and on a budget, you're sorted here. I was taken to my next hotel for free which was a lovely gesture, much appreciated.

Shower pressure could have been stronger but it's not a huge problem.

aircond and shower not working at its best. Slow water coming out the aircond was not very cold.

The property is located in the center of Ubud. It is quiet there, so you don’t hear the traffic. The breakfast was good. There were four options to choose from.

The bathroom was mouldy and had a bad smell coming out of it. The humidity in the room was very high and all of our clothes felt wet.

cars cant get inside the street of the property because there were a lot of vendors and a bit narrow, we had to walk with our luggage to get to the property

Staff very helping and humble. Location in central Ubud, close to main Activites. Room very clean and serviced daily. Great value for money.

Don't expect the facilities as on their booking.com description. However they were ready to help. One of the room given to us was very poorly ventilated but after first day they changed the room as soon as it was available.
