It's a small room but has everything one would need for a short stay. Good wifi for online work. Close to the bus station for airport bus 612. Great bakery around the corner. Friendly owner.

Got the keys quickly and got in quickly. everything is comfortable.

a very nice apartment, everything was just fine, comfortable, enough space , a lot of kitchen equipment, even small snacks were provided and coffee/tea/water in a bottle. Nice balcony, bathroom with a normal size bath. Vert cute hostess met us and informed about everything. Good parking along the road next to entrance.

A very friendly and helpful hostess, Soteria was quick to respond to our messages before our arrival, agreed to let us inside earlier than the official check-in time, and generally made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spacious but cozy, nicely decorated, and very well-equipped. A comfy bed, small but sufficient bathroom, nice living room with a functional kitchen section, equipped with everything you need to make breakfast and lunch or dinner (there was a coffeemaker along with excellent ground coffee). You can have your meals at the table on the balcony, with a nice view of the neighborhood. Great location in a quiet street, close to a shopping mall and restaurants, the seafront and the Harbour Bus Station are a 15-minute walk away. We stayed for only 3 nights and wish we could stay for longer as it is a good place to make trips to other parts of Cyprus with a rented car, which you could park in the street outside the house. The WiFi and TV worked well. There was a heater but we did not need to switch it on (the bed cover was enough).

We were very happy with the apartment, great location, wonderful and kind host. Separate bedroom, good sized bathroom, very well equipped kitchen. We spent just a couple of days in early december, so not sure how quiet the season is, but we had a great sleep, the street was calm at night on the weekend.

This is a review of the sub-basement apartment which I believe differs slightly from the other apartments. The apartment offers really good value for money. It’s location is great, it’s about 15 min walk down to the seafront/harbour or about 20 min to the old town (you can catch a bus if you prefer). The manager, Soteria, was lovely and very helpful, when I had issues with the hot water on the first day she immediately got the plumber out to come and check. Also gave me lots of advice on how to get around and things to see. There’s a supermarket about 10 min walk away. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bathroom is very small but functional. I would definitely recommend the apartments for your stay in Paphos.

The hot water pressure is very low so you don’t have a lot of water for the shower. The door has a glass panel in it and every time lights were switched on outside (not sure if someone would switch them on or if it was some sort of motion sensor), the light would shine straight onto my face while I was sleeping/trying to sleep. I did mention this to the manager before I left so maybe they’ll do something about it. it would be useful to have a plug point next to the bed for charging your phone as I had to keep unplugging appliances to charge my phone in other parts of the apartment and you would usually charge your phone next to your bed at night. For the price I paid though it was minor things (other than the light, that was really annoying).
