The property was spacious and it catered to our needs in all aspects. They had even provided simple yet well-informed folders for visitors on what to do in Athens and also how to look after the property. It also was well located between Chalandri, Kiffisias and Neo Psychiko. It had many amenities within walking distance and we could park our rental car in front of the property’s assigned parking gate which helped as it’s located very close to a busy boulevard. The owners had very kindly thought of everything and they were polite, warm and friendly throughout our stay and during communications.

Perfect garden apartment for our one week stay in athens. Very friendly helpful hosts and the apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed for us and our two teenage children. Would definitely stay again.

Spacious residential groundfloor appartment with parking on the street. In reality the app is a bit more dated than can be seen from the pictures, but the price and location for (in our case) departure purposes were perfect. The host lives in the app above and welcomed us in a functional and to the point way, recommending some restaurants to reserve in the area. We had early morning breakfast on the terrace in the front with the local cat.

The electric shutter to the front terrace was closed and broken so it could not be opened, reducing the amount of light entering the app. A building across the street is under renovation, but there was no work during the day we were there.
