Location.

Beds are dusty. Rooms are noisy in the morning. Doors make too much noise. 12-bed room is unaired. The price is so high.

The hostel was just a short walk from the train station. The facilities were really well maintained, very clean and quiet. The staff was super friendly and as I traveled to run the Rotterdam Marathon they prepared a nice details in the breakfast for the runners

The location of the hostel was great. It is located near Rotterdam Central Station and in the heart of Rotterdam's Chinatown. Many food options around the hostel and there is also a supermarket opposite it. Walking distance to the central shopping district and the Maritime museum. Check-in was smooth and the staff was very kind. There is a kitchen to cook and store your food items. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Bed was comfortable. Facilities such as the toilet and shower rooms were clean. There is a lounge to eat and chill.

My bed was very dusty as it had a lot of dust. It can get noisy as you can hear people talking outside of the room. The floor near the basin can get wet when you take a shower as the drainage from the shower is quite poor. Use the shower mat they provide you in the shower room. Hard to communicate with your friends in the room as there will be others sharing the room with you.

The Bed

The location is wonderful , very near to the main train station , very simple you will have access to the city center by walk , also you will have simple access to the public transportation. The bed is comfortable and Very clean The staff is really kind and Experienced

The amount of the bed , with attention to the dimension of the room is a bit high and could be better by providing more privacy for the passengers in the beds areas

I was on a 2 night stay. Great location near the central train/tram station. They accepted check-in after 23PM. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. The room temperature was also good. Staff was friendly.

It was very thoughtfully designed. Everything was clean and amenable to my needs. Check-In was very easy. Access to the doors works via a website, so you always need your phone, but bathrooms are on the room, so no worries!

You know a hostel is good, when the only things you can criticize are kind of loud doors and that my bed was a bit laid through already. Other than that, I'm happy!

Literally the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in! The location was awesome, staffs were so nice, and the room was really cozy.

The location was literally 5 - 7 minutes from Rotterdam Centraal station which was ideal if you were travelling to other cities, also it wasn’t far from the shops and other retail stores. There is plenty too explore including restaurants and coffee shops

The guests and attitude of some of the other guests completely brought the experience down for me, lack of etiquette and respect for each other was a problem, some guests felt entitled in a hostel! Notably a young immature male guest who had taken a long time checking out and a middle aged male who abused other guests for opening doors in the middle of the night.

The bed design provides you with more privacy. More than enough space to store your luggage.
