The place is clean & smells so good, They’ve got the necessities that we needed! Near or walking distance to the restaurants!

The shower doors are a little hard to open, they don’t slide properly. The faucet on the 2nd floor bathroom are a little old too! other than that everything’s perfect!

Security and cleanliness first. The location is fantastic, The area was peaceful and not too busy. Wonderful host and kept great communication going. It has everything you need including a great functioning washing machine. The home smells fab too. Enjoy ! Absolutely worth the stay.

The caretaker and hosts are amazing here. It's located in a very safe subdivision with an overall quiet feel. The house is fantastic and accommodated our group perfectly. The house is very clean and amenities provided. Overall very comfortable and homely (perfect for our base) with a sari sari store just a couple of doors up for any of your needs.

We loved everything

The house was even better than advertised. It was super spotless, and just the right size for our family of 7 adults and 2 toddlers. The rooms were spacious enough for all our things. The bathrooms were a bit small but well-appointed. Everything was 100% functional. I loved the thoughtful details like the fully labeled keys, bags of ice waiting in the freezer when we arrived, house slippers,0 coffee, toiletries, etc. AC was cold and wifi was fast. Ms. Ruth and her team were also super nice and helpful until the very last minute of our stay. I highly recommend Leizy's place for families and big groups who are staying in Pampanga for a few days. So much more value vs staying in separate hotel rooms.
