I knew about the location it was okay. Building was also nice. I liked it looked originally.

I was shocked from the first moment. Lets start with parking space. Yes parking was free however, u are not able to park from aroun 4pm to 5am. Yard full of cars, it was packed, had to park in the mud. It was strictly said it is not permitted to park between buildings. Guess what. Once there were 3 cars parked. Lets continue with the entrance. Front door open 24/7. You cold hear cars from the road, it was cold. Smoking prohibited, but surprisingly again, everybody smoked in front yard , standing around the entrance, all the smoke and fumes were going directly to my apartment, disgusitng. Apartment itself looked okay when i entered, but it got progresively worse. First it was the lack of stuff, 2 rolls of toilet paper, smelly kitchen towel, smelly sink, 1 clothes hanger, smelly fridge, dirty floors, bugs, spiders, dust, the floors were obviously not cleaned a while, bed sheets looked like they were not changed forever, spider webs, spillage on walls, i dont even know what was okay at this point. It is a big shame that a place with potentionally good looking pictures turned into a disaster. I have a feeling owners either dont go to check or dont care at all. Definitely do not recommend. And at last, as i woman i did not feel safe , dont get me wrong i dont have anything against workers, but only to the point they dont harass me verbally.

Don’t visit this place !!! The apartments were very dirty and as you can see from the photos there were cigarettes all over the entrance. Every night both personnel and workers who work in the area gather themselves in the entrance where they smoke, drink beers and yell , as a result we were smelling the smoke all night long. Moreover the room had one door for both WC and shower also the view was terrible as well. I would like to add that the soundproofing didn’t exist so we weren’t able to sleep properly because of the streetcars which come and go all night long and of course because of the people who were gathering in the front door as I mentioned before. Finally the place is isolated from the community and there are is no lighting , pavement or other apartments nearby so once it gets dark I deem that it becomes very dangerous.

The apartment barely had the basic conditions. There was no eating area even though we had a kitchen. We had to eat on the bed (and ended up spilling coffee on the sheets) because there was nowhere else to sit. The things provided to wash were very cheap: the hand soap was watered down and the dish cloth had mold on it. In the kitchen some of the dishes were dirty, one of the pots was missing the lid and the frying pan didn't even work on the induction cooker! Overall, the apartment is nice but there are a lot of essential things missing!

Noisy Main Street.

Fair price / service ratio. Apartment is equipped with everything that’s needed and more. Perfect for a stay of a couple of families for a weekend if in Vienna with a car. Free parking in front of the windows.

Poor wifi connection.

Road noise makes it not possible to sleep in the night. All windows are facing a road situated 8 - 10 meters from the building. Often passing trucks sounds like running through the appartment. Dirty common areas of the building. Dead insects, dust and other dirt on stairs. Dirty spots on leaving room curtain. Very cheap and low qality materials used for in room decoration and facility. I've booked and paid for 3 nights but ran away from there after first. Surly, getting no money back for 2 nights. Strongly not recommended appartment.

Well located to reach and visit Vienna. You avoid crowded traffic prior reaching Vienna and can easily travel to less busy public transport station. Good wifi connection.

Beds were really bad - too soft mattresses and a lot of spiders.

Damaged and old furniture. Dull kitchen knives. Dirty cutting board and pots. Noisy residents urinating under the window.

Very clean, great layout! Easy access. Good storage space.

The smoking area was in front of the house, and when you opened the windows, all smoke came in! Very unpleasant. The toaster could not be used as the minute you plugged it in, all electricity was gone. A bit too noisy when traffic starts (around 5 am).

It's wasn't clean and There were a lot of mosquitoes because the windows did not have mosquito nets and we had to leave the windows open because of the heat.

Big space. All basic needs (sheets, towels, kitchewere). Good for transition night. The pick-up and drop off of the key didn't require the host to be there.

Location far from village. One of the beds was almost broken and made a lot of noise. There was some mould in the shower. Not very cosy.

the other residents at this apartment block are smoking all the time at the entrance door and create an unpleasant odor when you enter the building. In the building itself some residents are washing things and drying them up in the common corridor - this creates a very strange impression about this property. Inside the rooms are clean and well maintained but common areas are a huge problem.

Best of the best

Flat is equipped with almost everything that you need. Not so far from Vienna, easy to find. Not expensive in comparison to prices in Vienna

Location was good, 10 min drive from P&R parking near U6 metro station

we was 5 people. but where was only 4 chairs in the apartment. and even more, one of them was broken. Wrote about this to host right after we arrived, but don't get any answer and solution during our 4 night stay. Beds have very soft and uncomfortable matrasses. There is no normal knifes in the property, only those that good for butter. and there is no way to slice bread or any something other than butter. Very few plates and forks, even not enough for good meal for 5 , so need to wash them often. But there was only 4 dishwasher tablets

Everything was great! We loved the apartment, it was so clean and cosy, we felt like we were at home.

Good value for money, clean, with a fan and plenty of towels.

The main hob didn't work, so we could only use a substitute one which only had one place for one pot. No kitchen towels, couldn't find dustpan and brush.

Very practical and met all our needs.
