Beautiful and spacious apartment in the very center of Vienna.

Excellent and peaceful location, spacious aprtment with all things you could need during your stay. It is walking distance to the main places, very calm and peaceful neighbourhood. Easy communication with the hosts. If we will be in Vienna next time, I will definetly choose the apartment.

Perfect apartment, just behind the Rathaus. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). We were able to walk aroung the city center without having to use public transportation. Great hosts, they provided us with lovely recommendations for restaurants nearby. Check-in was easy and flexible, we had a wonderful experience and we will for sure stay there next time we visit!

The apartment was in an excellent location. close to everything and yet quiet. The 2 bedrooms had comfortable beds, heating worked well and everything was clean and in good working order. The owner was very responsive and gave very good recommendations for local restaurants.

No AC or elevator although it is very common in Vienna

The apartment gave us a genuine taste of Vienna with its original architecture, windows and excellent location. The property is very spacious and truly like a home with great amenities and appliances etc. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and cooperative. They allowed us to check out late which helped us enjoy a few more hours in Vienna before our flight back home.

The toilet (separate from the large and excellent bathroom) is a bit small but this is understandable in a period property.

The location is great. The owners gave us good information about parking in the area. There are great shops and restaurants in the area as well.

The walls are very thick, which makes the apartment chilly. The owner was a bit rude when we mistakenly stayed a few minutes over the check-out time. On the other hand the cleaning person was very nice and understanding.

Good instructions on how to reach the roomy apartment with a roof terrace. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Very close to places of interest and transport. Quiet apartment with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The apartment was great for two people but I think would be a little sparsely furnished for more. The wifi was not strong around the apartment

We liked the apartment, which was spacious, full of light and well-equiped. It has a small terrace with a view into secret garden, which in autumn is very beautiful. We liked, that there was shampoo and soap (Rituals), good coffee capsules (Dallmayr for Nespresso) and some other minor handy things. The communication with the owner was easy, fast and contactless. The house is situated on a super-quiet street, but just 15 min from city life (Landtmann cafe, theathers, gardens and shops)

Well, I didn't expect the penthouse appartment (No.11) to be on 4th floor without an elevator and with very steep spiral stairs. Definitely not suitable for families with kids or people with special needs. I had hard time pulling my big suitcase up and down the stairs. Also the beds are very short. We stayed with my friend of 1.7m height, and her feet were hanging out((

Cleanliness, great location within city and very quiet and private property. Very good value for money, highly flexible and forthcoming hosts. Ideal for families without small kids and major load as elevators are not availabe and stairs are very narrow.

Some of the installations are bit out of date, one of the power sockets was pulled, the ventillator and lights can only be operated separately with a cord hanging from the ventillator (beyond reach of a 182cm person), not most comfortable seatings, etc.

The apartment was very clean and confortable.

My search was for a place with parking, which this one didn’t have - only street parking (none available and only short time) and parking garages (5-10 min. walk).

Great location in the center! Clean and comfortable. And thanks for the coffee machine and tablets! Staff was actively communicative and professionally responsive even though we never met. The check in lock system worked really well. Thank you!

There were beds for 4 and a sofa. We would have liked to have one more sheet, blanket and pillow to put on the sofa. Also - an extra pair of keys is useful for a family (and for couples too).
