Accommodations were spacious in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the private entrance to the lower level of the house. Kitchen facilities were much appreciated as we cooked all of our meals. We were within 30 minutes to the mouths of the Cottonwood canyons where we skied five days. Frances and Paul are wonderful hosts ensuring we had everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the personal touch to the welcome basket at our arrival.

We had a wonderful stay. We were there for the whole month of February. The place was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for our month stay. Very close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, skiing and entertainment. Hosts were wonderful and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We will be back next year.

All the little things are thought of and provided. Great location south of Salt Lake City. Very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of table space for a one bedroom. The location is close to anything in the Salt Lake Valley around the point of the mountain. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here while in town on an extended business trip. The owners are wonderful - communication was clear, they were welcoming, and even helped me jump a dead battery on my car. The space is ample and well appointed. Internet was fast. Good location and easy access to a walking/biking trail. Worth noting - this is a basement apartment, so you will hear owners walking around above and muted voices. It wasn't an issue, and was quieter than many hotels I've stayed in. I'll stay here again.

Property was beautiful.

Frances and Paul went above and beyond to get the apartment ready for us after some flooding occurred during the worst rainstorm they’d had in 66+ years. They needed to replace part of the mat under the carpet and dry it all out. We were able to move in a day early and stayed a week. The apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood and conveniently located. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect size, location, and accommodations (kitchen, washer/dryer, etc.) for my ski vacation. Clean, fresh, spacious; well-maintained; quiet upscale neighborhood. Owners were friendly, helpful, and respectful of privacy.

The basement unit was enormous, very clean, well appointed, in a nice neighborhood not far from the mountains, and had all the amenities we would want. The host was very accommodating, walked us through upon arrival, and checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well. I would stay there again without question. They are really nice.

Nice place for two, as advertised. We came for a skiing vacation. Clean, roomy, had everything we needed. Plenty of space to put things. Nice that there is a separate outside covered entrance to the apartment. Quiet. Owner's were very responsive but not intrusive. The house is located in a residential neighborhood. Great grocery store nearby. We would definitely stay again.

I skied 23 of 24 days that i stayed in an attractive, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped apartment. The place is located in Draper, Utah about 20 minutes from the base of the Cottonwood canyons.

Lovely, large, well appointed place with excellent furniture; attractive & comfortable. The Mtn view is beautiful & inescapable. It's enclosed in a lovely neighborhood & close to walkable trails. The hosts provided space but were attentive & available for any questions or advice. It was superbly equipped by the generous hosts by them.

Paul and Frances were super nice and very thoughtful. From a handwritten card, bottled water, and hersheys kisses, the little details make a big difference. Other than that, I got exactly what I had pictured, beautiful house surrounded by mountains and close to restaurants and stores. Will definitely be back someday soon!

Second 5 star stay

Great experience…Paul and Frances were always available to answer questions. We had a snow storm one day…Paul was out early clearing the driveway. The apartment is very clean and very spacious. WE LOVED IT. Thank you Paul & Frances.

We stayed a month. Plenty of space to spread out and create different zones (work, sleep, relax). Functional space. More light than you'd expect (basement). Easy access to freeway. Wonderful friendly hosts.

This place is exactly as advertised! The house is located in a very nice quiet well kept neighborhood. There are numerous walking/biking trails nerby with incredible views of the mountains. The local grocery store is an absolute treat that is just down the street. The house is very clean and well kept, we enjoyed our stay immensely and would return in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay. The basement apartment has lots of space and is set up nicely for feeling at home. The owners were very accessible and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. Great location for accessing the best places to visit.

Frances and Paul have provided an amazing apartment for a vacation. The apartment is huge! We had lots of space to spread out. Everything we needed and more was supplied. All of the appliances worked great. There is a brand new refrigerator that is big and allowed us to have to make only one grocery run. The kitchen is beautiful with many cupboards and lots of marble counter space. There are 2 tables with chairs, incredibly comfy lounge chairs and an equally comfy couch. The bed is excellent, very restful. The wall art is stunning. The fireplace is really nice. There's a smart TV with hundreds of channels and surround sound. It is apparent that Frances and Paul put a lot of effort, design and planning into this apartment. Frances and Paul were great at communicating through email, phone calls and texting. They were always available for questions. Their property is in a gorgeous neighborhood, 1 block away from some stunning trails. My husband and I walked along the trails daily seeing mountain views, beautiful plants and lots of birds, including quail, chickadees and magpies. We met walkers, runners and lots of owners with their happy dogs . The neighborhood is incredibly quiet. All of the homes are beautiful making walking around the streets interesting and fun. We are very happy with our choice of staying at Frances and Paul's apartment. We will definitely request their apartment on our next visit to the Salt Lake City area. Thank you, Frances and Paul!

This spacious apartment is perfect for two, and it perfectly fit our needs for a week of skiing. It is well-equipped for eating in, and has all kinds of restaurant and retail options nearby. Frances is a kind, caring and responsive host. We would definitely book again!

This is a great location to access skiing at many of the local resorts. The basement apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Great coffee shops and grocery store are close by. Frances and Paul are very gracious and responsive hosts!

It’s located near Brighton ski resort, golf courses and downtown Salt Lake City, with the airport close by as well. ✅ Pictures do not do this place justice-ample room-comfy furnishings and luxuries....Wait till you see the shower!✅I loved my stay at Paul and Frances’ place. They are genuinely welcoming with ease and prompt communications. This provides you with a sense of “home” and security.
