Nada, el personal de recepción es muy desposta, las imágenes mostradas en la página Booking.com no se comparan con el lugar físico

Las habitaciones estaban en mal estado, había cucarachas, toallas percudidas, olor a humedad, el servicio del personal de recepción es de lo peor

Tiene buena ubicación sobre Costera, las habitaciones están amplias y cómodas pero le falta limpieza.

Hay un restaurante justo en frente del lobby que cuenta con desayunos pero es bastante pésimo, no vale en absoluto lo que cobran, mal sabor, café feo, etc... Sólo la chica que atiende es muy amable!!

Se la situación por lo cual está pasando Acapulco pero para no tener las condiciones adecuadas en el hotel deberían mejorar los precios porque hay otros hoteles en Acapulco que a pesar de todo tratan de que sus huésped se sientan bien por ejemplo no había internet en las habitaciones solo en el loobi solo se podían ver 5 canales de televisión en la alberca solo había una mesa con 4 sillas y un solo camastro la verdad que me fui muy mal no me sentí a gusto el colchón de lo más corriente o sea malo las sábanas en malas condiciones sin cobertores

Las instalaciones están terriblemente descuidadas, camas sucias, sabanas manchadas, retretes con sarro, televisiones de años atrás, de los "3 restaurantes" que había en el hotel solo servía uno. El personal altamente prepotente e inflexible con los usuarios. Imposible traer tu hielera o tus bebidas al hotel.

The buildings are in very bad conditions, dirty, old and missing things. The pools were not in good conditions. The rooms were dirty and old. The towels were dirty and torn, we asked for new ones and gave us some similar ones. The TV. set was blurry and did not work well. The tap had no water and the bathroom was leeking. We reported all that to the reception desk but did nothing. The had an open bar with very loud music, couldn´t sleep. Looks like an abandoned hotel.

Nice people very accommodating

Building should be condemned by USA standards appears that an earthquake or poor engineering has fractured and even split many sections of the bldg. Horrible elevators not well maintained, had AC must have been cool at one time. The pictures are very deceiving. Booking needs to improve it's evaluations of properties and up the Bar as to who can advertise w them. Booking needs to appreciate more it's high traveled and users of the service

The lady at the check in desk was fabulous! Very understanding and accommodating. Friendly and always greeted the visitors with a smile. The drinks were good and the price was awesome for the all inclusive stay.

It is an older hotel with some wear and tear and needs some maintenance The housekeeper asked us to clean our room before she came in to clean it. And was rude because there was a towel on the floor not by the bathroom.

The food its really good.

Rooms dirty,all 3 nights didn't clean room 2 nights had to chase towels 6 pm couldn't shower didn't have towels, I reported blood and urine stains on sheets never changed them I guess you get what you paid for, my mistake, never ever would stay again in this hotel.

I don't know, If I return again to this place, This place It was not clean at all, have a good theme and ambient but they need to do remodeling their installations, I recomend to remove the color of the rooms, all in blank It will fix this, the elevator scary me a lot because is to old.

The rooftop pool was dirty had a tamarind color, a lot of chlorine and no longer have a jacuzzi. The curtains in the room were dirty.
