The water leak through the ceiling and having to mop it up as soon as we arrived.

Spacious for five of us. The location is great. Most facilities are very clean, the kitchen, the rooms, and the beds. The customer services is very helpful. When we need help, the response is timely and helpful.

If I know there is a staircase to walk down apartment, I would not bring big luggage with me. One of the washing basin in toilet did not work. The wifi did not cover rooms.

Good location

Access to the flat is via metal stairs, they need cleaning with a jet was as the are covered in moss/ silt and are very slippery when wet. Cigarettes are hanging out of a ash tray mounted on the wall, old doors are stored under the stairs. The laminate flooring is blown and coming apart in areas, black moult around the front doors. Both bathrooms are bad. Black mould everywhere in both showers and tick dirt around the bottom of the shower screens. Has potential to be good but it’s in desperate need of works to resolve the mould and other issues.

Fine location in Clifton. Close to bridge and easy for travel into the city

The property is described as being entirely on the ground floor. It is not. It is a basement flat accessed via 14 steps. This was very difficult with elderly parents and not expected nor as described. Unfortunately use of the steps spoiled our stay.

Location was good and flat was quiet

The flat is in very poor repair, including the floor and steps to outside, which are both a trip hazard. It was dusty, the mattresses and pillows were stained, there were no tea towels or dishwasher tablets, despite me checking before hand that there would be and there was no cutlery basket in the dishwasher anyway! The outside spaces were filthy and covered in cigarette ends (despite it being a no smoking apartment) and shockingly there was ant powder all around the single room. That room was tiny and had no ventilation which I'm not sure is legal. I have complained to the management company who obviously have not inspected the premises for a very long time.
