Staff was super friendly, room was clean, close to main center of Florence, breakfast was good

The location, breakfast, view, and the little balcony in the room were great. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues and ensuring you had everything you needed. You'll find the door to the hotel entrance just past the restaurant Don Nino.

Unfortunately, the mattress was not great and seemed a bit old, sinking in the middle. You might want to check with the hotel first about the type of mattress in your room.

Amazing location in the City centre. Fantastic view of the Duomo. Lovely Boutique hotel. Wonderful staff. Great little extras.

Very small rooms and tiny elevator. Lobby is on the fourth floor in an obscure building and there was no one at the entrance to help with suitcases or to guide where to go

Great hotel, right in the heart of the town, yet high above so not too noisy. You access the hotel by a quaint little lift up through the building - so you are level with the roof of the Duomo - so great views out. The hotel has a balcony you can sit out on and enjoy the bustle of the town below. There is coffee and cake available all day and the staff are very helpful.

Whilst there is a lift up to the hotel, some of the rooms are down steep stairs from reception so be sure to ask when booking if you need something accessible without stairs. The staff are also happy to help with your bags.

Abbiamo avuto grossi problemi con il riscaldamento e abbiamo dovuto litigare per far capire che non funzionava con lo staff che ha alzato la voce contro noi clienti, non è bello. Dopo due giorni l'hanno sistemato, però non mi è piaciuto il comportamento. Nessuno sconto per quanto subito.

L’accueil de Federico, les explications données, le café, le thé et les petites collations, l’amabilité d’Atta (restaurant) et l’amabilité du personnel au départ au Check-out. La chambre très confortable et une vue magnifique sur le dôme. Je reviendrais!
