Easy to find. Very clean and welcoming. Bar and restaurant were great.
The bathroom was very tired and needed updating considering the premium price of the room.

Car aprk no longer subsidised by Hotel and wrong duvet on the bed....after asking at 9.30pm for additional duvet it eventually turned up at 11pm....after 3 calls and a visit to reception....staff useless!

The hotel was very short staffed and very busy when i arrived. the brasserie was full and so i requested room service there was no reply from that dept or reception for over 1.5 hours
the food arrived cold another 40 mins later and really was not value for money at all £50 for a garden salad 5 chips and a starter of cured salmon. id ordered no drinks as there was water in the room.
room service left the food at the door because they were so busy.
i missed breakfast the following day even though i had paid for it again because there was no reply from room service and i was having to work.
it was raining and i had to rent and umbrella - reception were very busy again understaffed and so unable to offer any advice regarding the local area

the only problem was the room 225 had no opening windows and it did get warm during the night, breakfast was of a good standard with a good variety of food on offer.

A lovely building inside and well decorated. Not too showy. And smelled clean and fresh. Well catered for in the rooms with an ironing board and iron. Love the fact there’s charging points on all the sockets. Large room and the bathroom was clean and well stocked.
Only one thing was that there was no socket by the bed. I have sleep apnea and need a cpap machine so I had to trail the cable across the room and it only reached halfway up the bed. Next time I would bring an extension cable.

Bed was decent, room was a good size, wish we got the chance to use the spa but was only there for about 18 hours. Only issue we had was the local uber drivers were useless and less than helpful, considering we are tourists and dont know where we are going.

USB charge points didn’t work. I mean that’s a ‘first world problem’, but if you have them in the room they should work.

Everything was good hotel wise, clean and as expected, the views were good, hotel free reception staff very friendly.
The cleaning staff woke me up at 9 by constantly knocking on the door till I answered and asking what time I'm checking out, sorry but I had to be rude and said I don't know, if checkout is at 11, don't disturb till 11. This needs to be rectified for the future.

on arrival, we were on a bed and breakfast.
The rude manner at reception when we arrived
our room was unkept and dirty towels and no TV that was operational as it was my daughter's treat after studying. to watch a film
even though we were moved later we waited over an hour and my daughter was upset, we were promised a refund of money but nothing! has been sorted even a call would be nice!!!
