Ne touchez pas au minibar, le personnel à l’accueil se fera un plaisir de vous arnaquer si vous prenez la moindre bouteille. Il existe un casino avec de l’alcool gratuit et mauvais, ambiance très bas de gamme

The location is great. Breakfast was on the magnificent restaurant with panoramic view of the city and the bay.

It was under renovation. Extremely small room. The strong light from the glass door of the fridge was disturbing my sleep at night. There was only one chair in the room of two. Sea gulls were sealing food from people’s plates on the balcony.

Most of the staff, view from the room, cleanliness Breakfast variety, dining hall personell, location, minibar and electric katle, most of the time quietness, good wifi reception, proximity to all major points of interest and transportations, very good front desk service and cleaning personell.

Better mattress, Better enforcement of non smoking policy, potential smokers to place on the same floor, to check safety of canned products in the minibar (cut myself after opening peanut jur, to have a better knowledge of near by places like pharmacy and grocery store

the renovation takes to long time

The hotel is presently under construction, but that did not hinder our stay. The rooms were great and the location was wonderful. Great place to stay.

Everything was good. The room was renovated. Everything was very clean. Nice breakfast on the top floor with magnificent views of the city, the port and the sea.

The room and the balcony are a little bit small but cosy!

The location of the hotel is excellent. It was very easy to reach every where but the cons is the sound of the main street. Though the street is closed to the traffic, the main square is open to street musicians and shows regardless of the hour.

The hotel and the surrounding buildings were under renovation. And therefore there's no direct access from the parking lot to the reception area. We needed to walk all the way around to the main entrance with all our luggage on hand. And after 7hrs of motorbike riding, it was not good.

The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We had a room with sea view, overlooking the port area but also the pedestrian street - a great view and experience. Lots of great restaurants nearby, the Holtel is located right in the heart of the Old City but also close to the sea. We also totally recommend the Port area which is amazing, with some great restaurants and pubs, also an amusement park, a ferry terminal and also a duty-free shop. The Hotel was undergoing some extensive renovation works and the.direct access to the underground parking was not available, but once the works are completed the Hotel will be even more amazing and comfortable. We look forward coming back!

Central location, everything was very close. Our floor was on the 13th, and we had a nice view on the city.

Even though the room was clean in general, there was a weird smell in the bathroom from the pipes.

Location! It is in the center of the city.

Last year the rooms look nice, now they need to be renovated again!!! Have in mind the hotel is currently in renovation for its second year if not 3rd. What looked good a year ago now is bad☹️ The parking is paid and located in the basement but one have to go out and around the hotel in order to access it. The payment system that someone has “cleverly” invented it the following: you get a ticket from the parking lot, take it out and around the hotel to the reception, pay at the reception-remember to have it stamped and take it back to the valet. But there is a trick to that - apparently there are two types of stamps so you need to get both of them or at least the one it says “Paid”. If you are not lucky you will have to go out, around the hotel to the reception again🤬. Usually I like walking but mindless trips around the hotel just to have a stamp on a ticket… that is way too much!

Top central location in the city of Varna where the main street is and the entrance of the Sea Garden.

At the moment these is nothing I could not like regarding this property. Moreover they are renovating the building
